We first found them after a cross-country move -- one car was driven from Los Angeles (with two dogs), and the other was shipped. Both arrived in rough shape, and Ace did a phenomenal job with a full interior and exterior deep clean, plus a high-quality wax that made both cars look close to new again. Since then, we've been using them pretty regularly for exterior washes. Super easy to schedule, very flexible, and everything's handled over text with easy online/mobile payment. They've got several packages to choose from, and are happy to customize if you're looking for something a little different. They may not be the cheapest option, but the convenience, reliability, and results make them well worth it. Would definitely recommend.

The Issues: * Missed Areas: The door hinges, rubber chassis-to-door boots, and front under-bumper spoiler were left completely filthy. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.

I am completely blown away, how Zu has made her paint Deep Marsala Red pop. He made even the matte black plastics look better than new. She was a floor model, so didn't even look this good directly off the showroom floor. If you have a bike and want it to look it's absolute best, you MUST see Zu. He was always professional, if a bit intimated at the prospect of doing such a unique vehicle. I had total confidence, that the job would be done right. He far exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend his service, and the care he takes with every vehicle and his passion for his craft. Many people just "go to work" Zu is fully engrossed in his artwork, (that is the only way I can describe the magic he achieves). You won't be disappointed with the amazing results. Mark

On the other hand you start to develop an ego, and think that your customers need you more than you need them. Big mistake. I had been coming to this place for over 10 years and unfortunately the customer service has drastically changed. I called asking if I could come in, they said they're fully booked. I said do you have anything available for this week and it was almost as if I was insulting him to ask that. Then I simply asked a clarification question and his response "I just told you that". Nice one bro. The worst part of it is they only book appointments one to two days in advance... I mean what kind of a business does that? The reasoning, we've had too many people not show up when they booked in advance... So instead they rely on the customer to continually call to book an appointment. Because my only job in life is to chase you around so I can give you my money right. *Note: I called on Monday to book for Thursday... Either book appointments or don't...and maybe figure out a better booking system, consider a credit card number to hold the spot. Enjoy the success while you can my friend, I hope it lasts.
