One of the ladies who is there quite often when I pick up food (I think she might be the manager) is always kind/polite/smiling, and on one occasion, I saw a young female employee listening to a man rant about a problem with his order. (I completely understand getting frustrated if your order is wrong, but this man was speaking in a belittling tone to her). She still managed to keep her cool. I know the bar isn't very high for this kind of fast food restaurant in the first place, but I'm telling you from experience we have found the Talladega Taco Bell to be much more efficient and friendly than some of the other Taco Bell restaurants we have frequented in the past.

It really looked like a sub you make at home with cheap packaged sandwich meat and slice cheese. The meat was only a very few slices. The fries were ehh... they charged .50 for a cup of ranch for the fries which was fine. I've seen these in many cities that I've traveled in. I'm not sure if they all have the same practices or not. It's just seemed mediocre. Maybe I just didn't make the best menu choice...‍
