Well let's just say we took the food to go but she ended up eating it in the car after taking a test bite. Fish was perfectly fried as were the okra. Slaw was good and so were the hush puppies. She got tartar sauce but didn't end up using it because it was seasoned so well. I will be back to have wings. The young ladies were also both very nice! Restaurant was clean and they had a very nice playlist. My mom and I were singing as we were waiting. There is a lot on the side and street parking. The wait wasn't bad at all. We may have waited about 15 minutes. We didn't call an order because it was so close to closing. Well about an hour before closing. (So we thought) Google has them closing at 8 but they actually close at 9 on Friday. They are slightly pricey but what isn't? It's definitely worth it.

The waitress was very friendly and attentive, she showed me lunch specials on the back of the menu, there were about 2 dozen choices for the entre all came with egg roll, rice, and a choice of soup - hot and sour, egg drop, and wonton. I chose Yu Shiang Beef (its available in pork and chicken too) - I've never seen that on a menu before. The soup and a bowl of fried "crackers" were delivered right away. Lunch was delivered when I was almost done with my soup. If I was working quick delivery would be important to me due to my limited lunch time. The hot and sour soup was flavorful, but it wasn't very spicey or sour, however it was better than the average I've had. The egg roll was large and better than most restaurant egg rolls. the rice was delicious, I wouldn't really call it fried rice but it had added flavor. And the entre was delicious with lots of veggies and a generous amount of beef. the price was less than $11, it's hard to find a good lunch for less than $11 these days. This is my "go to" restaurant when I'm in this part of town. I recommend you try it.
