First time at Aubrey's, and I must say it was a great experience. Dining at a newer restaurant on a Saturday night, I fully expected a long wait. When we arrived, several people were standing in the entryway, making it a bit difficult to reach the hostess desk, but that was more due to customers blocking the entrance, not the staff. After checking in, I was told the wait would be about 40 minutes for a party of four. I was given a buzzer and waited in the car. Surprisingly, only 15 minutes later we were notified that our table was ready. Once seated, we were quickly greeted by our waitress, who took our drink order. While the drink menu was limited to beer and wine, she was able to verbally explain some specialty drink options. She returned promptly with our drinks and took our food order. The menu was somewhat limited, but understandably so, everything we ordered was excellent. Each of us ordered something different, and there were no complaints across the table. The steaks were well flavored and tender. The fish was hot and fresh as well. The dessert was the best way to end a great meal.

The service was great. On the ball. As for the food we all liked what we had. I had the chicken fingers small plate and couldn't finish them all. They were excellent, cooked just right. My wife had the Rockefeller pizza and she said it was very good. Our friend had the chicken salad sandwich with the thick cut potato chips. It's a very hometown kind of restaurant. The inside is huge so if the parking lot is full just keep looking

Our gang of 4, a first-time visit for all of us, enjoyed our dinner. Aubrey's is a large restaurant; it handles a large number of dinners with abundant seating and enough servers for good service. Friendly, attentive service in a hip, modern décor. Enjoyed a Kale Salad, Baked Scrod with Baked Potato and side Caesar Salad washed down with a Good People IPA on draught. There are daily drink specials. Gripe: When full, the restaurant is loud because of the glass and hard surroundings. So if you want quiet conversation, then suggest dining during an off-hour.

Food is really good. The only thing I don't like are their salad dressings. I don't feel like I'm picky, but I just haven't found one I like. I'm tempted to bring one from home. But, there are so many other choices than salad and I do enjoy their creamed spinach!

Came here for Monday lunch to a fairly new place in Lebanon!! Its definitely an American Southern food place! This is a huge spacious loud place!! Nice clean environment but first things first that comes to mind is this place probably has quite a huge overhead to operate! Has a country kitchen field! The food is pricier than normal but the portions are big that justifies the cost! Ordered grilled Tuna & fish chips took a little bit longer than expected but it was excellent!! The service was stellar, who kept stopping by to see if we needed anything! Kept our iced Arnold Palmer tea coming! My first experience was excellent and I hope to be back again someday!

6 ounce fillet and ribeye steak cooked to perfection. We chose french fries which appear seasoned and were nice and crispy on the outside. There was a generous amount of celery salt on the meat leading to an initial salty impression but once you chew it, it's not so terribly salty anymore. Our plates were warmer than ambient air, but not especially warmed enough to keep fries hot. We arrived at 4 PM, and by the time the group was finished, there was a line waiting out the door and along the side of the building to get in. Parking lot is large and accommodating. We saw a travel trailer, parked way in the back. This is our first visit to this restaurant, we are not from Tennessee. We were here with a significantly large group. The waiters were very friendly and smiling. There were a few order mishaps, one couple did not get their salads, and the salads came after the entrées were served, etc. Probably not unusual for a very large group. They have a full bar, even though they don't have a menu for the full bar. It is a bit difficult to hear when the restaurant is full, and it was fairly full when we were there. A lot of glass windows, and flat surfaces reflect sound well.

We love Aubrey's! We have always had a good experience when visiting this location. Service is friendly and the menu has something for everyone. I love the soups and the many vegetable sides. The salads are some of the best we have had, and the potato "chip" appetizer is absolutely delicious. On our most recent visit I had the Boston scrod with parmesan spinach. The fish was flaky and the Ritz topping was buttery and delicious. The spinach was a great side. My husband raved about his potato soup, too. This is a great place for a family dinner or a gathering with friends. We look forward to visiting Aubrey's again soon.

But I have to say something about this ridiculous breakfast/lunch system. We sat down at 10:22 this morning. Our server tells us we have 8 minutes to order breakfast because at 10:30 they stop serving breakfast. Okay, no problem. So naturally I say, "Alright, we'll just order lunch." Nope. Apparently she can't put in a lunch order until 11:00. So from 10:30 to 11:00, we're just supposed to sit there and stare at each other. Seriously, what is this system? I'm sitting in a restaurant at 10:30 in the morning, hungry, surrounded by food, and apparently there is a 30-minute period where I am not legally allowed to order anything. It's 2026. We have AI, self-driving cars, phones that can translate languages in real time, and refrigerators that can tell us when we're out of milk. But Town Square Social apparently has a computer system that says: 10:29: "Would you like breakfast?" 10:30: "Absolutely not." 10:31: "Can I order lunch?" 10:31: "Don't get crazy." 11:00: "Okay, now you may eat." Again, I LOVE this place. The food is fantastic. This isn't a knock on the staff or the restaurant itself. But somebody needs to fix this stupid system. If I sit down at 10:22 and decide at 10:42 that I want lunch, I feel like we should have evolved enough as a society to make that happen. Until then, I guess I'll just stare at my wife for 30 minutes and contemplate my life choices. Great food. Great place. Absolutely ridiculous system.

Drinks were really good! My boyfriend got the old fashioned and i had wine then a cocktail. Service was subpar, waitress didn't give refills on water and very passive instead of proactive. It's is a complete joke for no other reason than they just don't seem to care. Not a staffing issue as I've seen in other reviews in my particular case. Came in yesterday (Saturday) morning alone for breakfast. There were two other tables of 2-3 people in the whole place when I arrived so place was maybe at 10% capacity. Both tables already had their food. There was no staff present when I walked in so I sat at the bar, the bartender was also not present. I sat there for 10 minutes or so before anyone came out. The waitress that did eventually come out but walked by me to check her tables and didn't pay me any attention and then disappeared into the back again. She went back and forth a few times continuing to check tables and not address me or send out the bartender. As I was about to leave she came over without a word, dropped a menu, didn't take a drink order and walked away. I've been here for 30 minutes or so now finally and have a menu and no other acknowledgement I exist. Finally the bartender comes out from the back and asks what he can get me. I ask him for a cup of coffee and before I can say anything else he disappears into the back. I was fully ready to order but figured he was grabbing it and coming right back. He was literally in the back ANOTHER 20 minutes and when he finally returned without the coffee he said he was making a fresh pot. He finally returns with the coffee (in a paper to go cup? This is a sit down morning brunch) and takes my order. I ordered waffles and waited. I've been here nearly an hour now in a practically empty restaurant and just now ordering. Another table comes in, gets sat, and eventually gets their food. I'm still waiting. The bartender pops back out for a second, sees me looking royally pissed at this point and I point at the new table eating and motion back at him like what the hell is going on? He walk over and says "I burned all your waffles and had to start over." Ok... what's it take to cook a waffle... 2-3 minutes? We're 90 minutes deep at this point. Finally someone else appears with my order. Again I will be fair, when I did finally get it the order was pretty good however at this point I had a 10-15 minutes before I had to be somewhere else. I wasn't expecting breakfast to take two hours. I ate about half of it and asked for the check. They dropped it without a word and I paid and left. Let me say I grew up working in restaurants and bars and I can be very understanding of a full restaurant that's understaffed and doing their best. THIS WAS NOT THAT. They literally just did not care. To say this place is grossly mismanaged would to be implied that someone is managing it at all, which doesn't seem to be the case. The food was good but not good enough to deal with this again anytime soon.

I paid $23 for this meal, subbing salad for the fries( and paid extra. The manager said they had a different vendor and they weighed it out and it weighed the same. But offered to give me more, because what they had previously given I would still be hungry after eating, it was so bad. I hardly leave reviews or complain. I had not even seen the rolls when I called. They were not the round and fluffy famous Charley's rolls, they weee like square rolls you get at Kroger and hard. I hate to think this was because it was a pickup order and they would have served this in their dining room. He manager was nice and offered to fix the problem, and when we picked up the new fish and chips, even when I was told it was them using a different company... why my meal was lacking. I posted images of the thicker pieces that were the normal breading and meat they always are. To show next to what I was given first was not only smaller it barely had fish in it. I gave 2 stars instead of just one because the manager made it right. He did his job. My stance is that we have to hold companies accountable when they try and give us a happy meal, for $23 and let them know that we see them. I would give 1 star review because I'm done with all companies taking advantage of customers and shrinkflation. I never call and complain, it was just that bad. The food was terrible that I got at first. Rolls and fish. But the manager offered to have more food picked up for me, and he even threw in fries. The replacement, was the meal it should have been. I guess you have to dine in, to get the food they show in the pictures on their menu. The staff seemed great, I will try and assume the best they are acting on their companies policies. Staff gets 5 stars. This location gets 2, for the company and its policies on screwing customers who pick up orders.
