Yesterday was the second time I've visited this restaurant. The menu is very well suited to my tastes. Watertown has a great addition to its restaurant scene. I have the fish and chips, prepared perfectly. Crispy hot with waffle fries and tater sauce. The service was great. The location is close to the square . I will return with my family. Go somewhere else if you're stopping here on the train! We hurried over to be the first seating before our train left two hours later. After ordering promptly, our server failed to put in our ticket with the kitchen, so after 90 minutes our food hadn't come and we were about to miss our train. The manager was extremely defensive and even though several seatings had come and gone he kept telling us how this is normal and there was no mistake, even though we were nearly the last people on the patio. Nobody took responsibility, just pure amateurs throughout the place. NEVER received our food because we were going to miss the train. Belligerent, arrogant manager, incapable staff. I highly recommend going somewhere else for lunch in Watertown! PS - I guarantee the five star ratings have personal connections to the owner/restaurant. read more

Friendly owner and great selection of food. This cozy little restaurant offers quite a variety of food. The wedge salad is absolutely delicious and so is the sauce on the wings as well! They do offer a great selection of drinks as well. I'll definitely stopped by if I'm in town. read more

My family decided to try Randolph's tonight. Our expectations were exceeded. The staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious (I got the lemon garlic chicken). There was no wait for our table a the food came out quickly! We chose to sit outside on the patio, since the weather was perfect for it. Although, it was a tough decision because there was a live band playing inside! We will definitely be coming back soon. read more

Being from New Orleans, I was skeptical. But it exceeded my expectations. Jambalaya was spot on. Very good. My niece got chicken tenders and said "damn this is better popeyes" my nephew got a custom pizza and destroyed it in 3 mins. The shrimp app I had to steal away from my sister in law because she couldn't stop. (Only thing that wasn't awesome were the wings) A+ to the chef/owner. We eat here all the time. The food is delicious and they have a smaller menu, but plenty of different types so most anyone could find something. Service is always good and even though they make the food when you order it, it comes out quickly. read more

A great experience! The four of us had grilled catfish, grilled chicken, fried seafood platter, and pizza. Fried green tomatoes, fried cheese, onion rings for appetizers. Perfect temperature, great flavor, and a nice waitress. Medium pricing. We've been four times now and are making it a regular!!! read more

Oh my gosh -- this was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs! I honestly can't make it sound as bad as it was. Calling this place a joke would actually be a compliment. Yes, they had a large crowd come in all at once, and I can understand some mistakes under pressure -- but here, everything was somehow the customer's fault. We waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged after being seated, and another 30 minutes before food began to come out -- and even then, it was chaos. Dishes arrived at random, some were completely wrong, and others never showed up at all. They had told us they would split the check for our group, but when it came time to pay, they refused. When I asked about it, the manager laughed in my face and pointed to a supposed sign on the front door saying they don't split checks for large parties. Of course, there were people standing in front of the door, so there was no way to see it. Somehow, that was my fault too. The manager then slapped the bill down on the table, said, "Whoever wants to pay can pay," and walked away. The food itself was underwhelming and often incorrect. When we pointed out mistakes, the staff tried to convince us to just keep the wrong items instead of fixing them. The dining area was uncomfortably cramped, with multiple unrelated parties squeezed together at shared tables just to fit everyone in. It felt like their only goal was to pack people in, toss out food, and cash the checks as quickly as possible. There are many better restaurants in the area where you can actually enjoy a decent meal at a fair price. To top it off, kids' meals were listed at $10 each, yet we were charged $11 per meal. At that point, after being treated so rudely all evening, I didn't even bother arguing over a few dollars -- it just wasn't worth any more frustration. read more

Went to this eatery for the first time while in Watertown for the mile long yard sale in Oct 2025. Was informed of a limited menu for some reason. My wife ordered a salad and the waitress returned and stated that the salad was unavailable and to select another item however there was nothing else on the menu that appealed to her. I selected the smash burger and If I wasn't so hungry I would have walked out. The burger was the size of a kids burger out of a Happy meal and no flavor. My granddaughter had the kids fish. She left it on the table after 2 bites. Long story short first impressions are the success to any business but our experience was not favorable. We will not return. read more
