Being our first time, we were never made to feel rushed making a decision on what we wanted to order. Once we did order, our food arrived very promptly and super hot off the stove. Everything was very tasty and seasoned just as I ordered. The shrimp was fresh and the sausage was delicious. Our whole meal was delicious. I ordered an extra to-go boil variety for my son. He stated his to-go order was very good and generous portions. All wait staff we encountered was professional and nice. I am glad I decided to give it a try and form my own opinions. I responded via email with my phone number and that I did not want a free meal - that as someone who has worked in restaurants I felt the situation needed to be addressed by management. Over a week passed with no word back from Mr Willmann so I emailed again. On 5/4 Mr Willmann responded that he had been busy but could he call the next day at 1. I replied that was fine. Two days later it became apparent that Mr Willmann wasn't going to call or even email back. So I emailed him on 5/6 with the full details of what happened on 4/24. Now here we are on 5/30 with still no response. I've given them plenty of time to respond before even considering making a review.
