Five guys has not let me down. The employees have always gotten my orders correct. This includes call in orders, eat in orders, and take out orders. The restaurant is clean and orderly. The bathrooms are always clean. There is plenty of parking. The employees are always friendly and nice looking. The food is fresh and made to order. The fries are the best anywhere around! You can not beat fresh cut potatoes fried in peanut oil! To die for! They always give you plenty in the bag. The hot dogs are all beef and really good quality! My daughter loves them with cheese on them. Kids get a free drink when they order. Which is always nice. A cup of ice water is free. You have to pay for ice water at half of the places now a days, like McDonalds and Tenders. Not here. They also have to go ketchup containers for you to pack up as much as you need for the road. That's handy if you have a ketchup lover in your home. If you order a regular burger that will come with 2 patties. A small burger comes with one patty. I order a small and get so many toppings on mine, like bell pepper, onions, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, bbq sauce, mayo, etc. that my burger is just as big when it's said and done as a regular one is. They have a variety of soft drinks and sweet and unsweet tea, if that is your thing, as well. Overall, they may be more expensive then the value menu at Burger King, but you'll get a fresher, less processed meal that has the best fries in the world with it. Very worth the money. read more

Well let me just say, me and my husband Darrell had the best little lunch date at Five Guys today. The burger was juicy, the fries were hot and salty just the way we like them, and Darrell couldn't stop talking about how good his milkshake was. We sat there for a good while just enjoying our food and each other's company. It felt like old times. I ordered my food online at 2:18PM and was told it would be ready by 2:25PM. I get there and inform the register lady I'm here to pick up my mobile order. She just points and has me move down the line. I'm thinking my food is ready but when I get to the next station, I don't see my food and everyone is looking at me awkwardly. I finally ask is my food ready? They inform me my fries are still cooking. No one greeted me, said anything about wait time and had me stand there in awkward silence. Extremely GREASY FOOD --- Grease will, literally, pour off of your burger. The fries are always SOGGY WITH GREASE. Both the fries and the burgers are disgusting because of all the grease. This has been the honest case at every location I've tried. Now, the prices have raised again. $8.79 for a single burger.... It's a $4 burger, MAX!! $4.99 for regular fries --- if they weren't soggy with so much grease, they'd be worth $2.99, MAX. $2.99 for a Coke --- shouldn't be a penny more than $2.00. With Tax, this comes to $18.78. Then they expect you to add 25 to 30% tip!!! A tip for fast food without table service??? Uh, no. And this is the cheapest location of all the ones we've checked. In my hometown, this "meal" would be more than $19.50 with tax. No thanks. read more

I always get the little bacon cheese burger, toppings are easy to ask for. And I like how I ask for them to cut it in half to make it easier to eat, small fries are always loaded ( recommend Cajun seasoning added) inside the place is clean, nice freestyle soda machine, milkshakes are great here too, worth every calorie. read more

Very good take out lunch. I like how somebody in our group can start a takeout order, share the link with us, and allow everybody to select their lunch order individually. That was awesome! Had a shake. It was $3.99 and decent. Had a bacon cheeseburger and decided to forgo the bun and try it wrapped in lettuce since I got a high-calorie shake. It was good, but be aware..the lettuce is messy because it doesn't absorb the grease. We got plain and cajun fries...go cajun. They are good. It is just the plain fries with seasoning on them. Burger overcooked with no seasoning... dry and tasteless. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with caramelized onions. Exactly 5 tiny chopped up pieces of burned bacon, perhaps a half teaspoon of undercooked onions and no cheese. Fries were limp and soggy.. no salt. I'd rather starve to death than eat at this poor excuse for a hamburger joint!! read more

The staff that works here always gets my order correct, not only that but they have wonderful personalities, The French fries here are super good and the serving sizes are the most generous around! A small fry can feed two people and that's not an exaggeration. The hamburgers are perfectly cooked and taste better than any fast food chain around.
