Miranda says the $2 up charge for specialty pizza is not a real coupon and was more interested in arguing than listening to what I was trying to say. I asked Miranda for the name of her supervisor and she refused to give it, stating again that she is the manager. If she is the manager I wonder if she is aware that she is being replaced....(see job posting for the job she says she has). I would have just ordered online but the app doesn't allow me to select delivery for my location...even though they deliver here all the time. The three star review is due to service and the pizza was not as good normal. After waiting in the drive thru I was told to park. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my order, which was well past my pick up time. The service and food quality at the Hanceville location is much better. I do recommend picking up instead of delivery for fresh pizza. I once used the app to track our delivery order and it seemed there were 3-4 deliveries made before ours. It was an hour from the time our food left the store until it arrived. And no, it wasn't hot as expected. So choose pick up, not delivery.
