She kept an eye on our table and made sure we kept a drink without dizzying around like a bee. Love great customer service. Food: The breadsticks wasn't nothing special, you can buy them at any supermarket, however the pizza and the fried ravioli was to die for. We will definitely keep this pizza place on our must stop by when in the area, and on occasion, just drive to Hartselle because Pizza Ed is there.

Dining in- nice staff... but 90 minutes later (I wish I was making that up) a grossly over baked pizza. Mentioned it to them add they offered to remake but honestly, I was going home. Get your order in early if it's coming up on "rush hour" or a weekend... otherwise you'll have a wait. The wait is still worth it. The sauce and crust are delicious and you can tell the owner put his heart into the recipe. The price is amazing for the value. I'm thankful for that, as these pizzas could easily command three times the price in a fancy restaurant... but instead, the owner focuses on keeping the small community happy. For a price competitive with low-end take-out, you get a gourmet pizza. The only critical remark regarding ingredient quality is that in the past, the mushrooms have been canned, so we stopped ordering them. That's a minor and common thing... and at the price point, nothing to gripe about. Just something to know in advance so you can decide accordingly. Occasionally, depending on who makes it, you may get a variation in the amount of toppings. Some are more generous and than others and ensure things are evenly applied... but as I said, even on an off day, it's a better pizza and value than anywhere else, so odds are you'll still get a top of the line incredible pie.
