We honestly thought we had to wait until the courthouse opened. Anyways, after calling a few different places I noticed my mom was talking to someone in her "motherly voice". If that makes sense. Let me say this much, after speaking to 4 different companies, I seriously felt like everyone was just interested in our money. Jorge is who helped us at Crown & he really took time to ask us how we were, and made us feel like he legitimately cared about our family member. My mom was so thankful! And moms are a hard judge of character. He was professional & caring. He kept us in the loop the whole time & I felt like he was family the way he spoke to us & reassured us that our family will be reunited. 10/10 would recommend for customer service alone.
