I made the phone call at 9AM. After one mistake I made, I signed the second contract to bail a friend out at 7:15PM. The Bail was Posted at 10:03PM. The inmate was released at 3:10AM in Lynnwood, next to Compton. Autumn was the first to say she was calling every 30 minutes to get the file expedited to be able to post bail. I called the Bail around 4PM to get another phone number to call the Detention Center. I was suggested not to call and make things worse. I did anyway. I reached the supervising Officer Mendoza and provided her with the inmate number. She said she would call the office to see if they can push the paperwork since bail is standing by. About five minutes later, the information was updated. After I signed the second contract, and the bail was posted, I called Officer Mendoza back to ask if there was a cutoff time to release females and she said not past 11PM. Her words could have her killed. There is no person to hold accountable for the lack of effort in the Jail system. Let them all be removed from the food chain. read more

Tom, Jaime and Angela were amazing! They saved me from disaster. I am from out of state. I was accused of something I did not do. I traveled to California in good faith to talk to the DA but they proceeded to handcuff me and throw me in jail. Then they told me if I pled to a felony they'd let me out of jail. But I am a professional with a PhD and the sole support for my kids (single parent). I would lose my job and career if I had a felony. It was not even a possibility. Tom and his team got me bailed out. They were a Godsend. Once out, I got the police report and proved their charges were completely false. So they are dropping the charges. But if not for Tom I'd have been forced to plead to something I did not do and I would have lost my career. It was expensive to make bail (they set the bail ridiculously high) but it was the best money I ever spent! Hands down. And Acme was great! I cannot say enough good things about them. read more

Thank you very much Acme Bail Bonds of Ventura! You were awesome in helping, my daughter and I through a stressful time with your professionalism and making our lives less stressful! Although her boyfriend originally posted the bond, I was able to change into my name as co-signer and all paperwork was able to be sent via the internet without me having to go into an office. In then speaking with Ray, whom was very professional and nice, gave options as to paying off bond, at a substantial discount or continue making monthly payments. Therefore, was very pleased all around with the service provided by everyone! Although posting bond is a very stressful time, I highly recommend using Acme Bail Bonds of Ventura, because they're there to help you! Thanks again! read more

Acme bail delivered the greatest assistance when a great friend called them for help. I was very pleased to meet agent Johnnny Nekuda who not only traveled across counties to provide his services to us but also went above and beyond his position to make sure that we were satisfied with our experience with him and Acme Bail bonds as a whole. Thats the type of people that we should have more of as individuals, employees, & friends because the stress the situation we had endured at the time was lifted with Agent Nekuda's great sense of humor and I will be delighted to recommend Acme to anyone. read more

Not your typical bailbond service, their genuine concern for the individual was truly unexpected in the fast paced world of the correctional arts. But truly, Jamie took the time and offered words of encouragement that helped the entire process. This is a great team of people who were super quick getting to the jail with the bond, but are honestly the very type of people that can make a huge difference in the next steps that follow. Thank you Jamie and all the acme people that made the process bearable and so hopeful! read more

Acme did a great job, they were polite, efficient, and got my friend out of jail fast. I called other bail bond places and they told me they would call me back, but they never did. This place gave me all the information on my first phone call to them. They told me the cost, plus I got a Yelp 20% discount! They were so helpful and made the situation not feel so scary... Acme has the best and most professional bail bond service! They treated me with respect the whole time. Thanks Acme... read more
