I do not recommend this company whatsoever. When you're in a desperate situation trying to get a loved one out, you don't always catch the smallest details. That was my mistake--but this company took full advantage of it. A new employee named Vanessa handled my case, and she has to be one of the slowest, most unorganized workers I've ever dealt with. What should have been a fast, simple process turned into two days of unnecessary delays. She constantly sent us back and forth asking for different documents. One minute they said everything was ready to submit, and the next minute they'd call saying we needed something else. It was exhausting. To make a long story short, we were told on a recorded call by Vanessa that I was responsible for $8,000 down to get my brother out. Again--when you're stressed and desperate--you don't think to read every line of fine print, and that's on me. But this company counted on that. They paint a pretty picture of a "low down payment," but if you don't pull out a magnifying glass and read every tiny word, you'll be blindsided later. After my brother got out, I found out I'm responsible for $2,000 immediately, and another $2,000 two weeks later--something they absolutely did not disclose clearly. When my brother tried talking to them to work something out, hoping they'd show some understanding, they were rude and dismissive. Their response was basically: "Too bad. She should've read the small print." And there were four co-signers involved! So this is a warning: Be extremely cautious with this company. They make it sound easy and affordable, but the reality is hidden in the fine print. If you still decide to go through with them, bring a magnifying glass and read every single line. But personally, based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend this company. read more

AMAZING. this is the best bail bondsman experience i've ever had. i'm not a bad guy, but i've made my share of bad decisions, and suffered the consequences. i'm very familiar with the 'corrections' system. on the recommendation of a fellow holding cell acquaintance, i called Maria at Bail Hotline. i explained my shaky situation - my wallet missing from property, an out of town address... i was a risk. nonetheless, she immediately calmed my anxieties with one sentence... "i'll be there in ten minutes." and she was. and we talked, in a little room with glass between us. and i signed some papers and i was out. the story continues... upon my release, i was able to walk to their office; it's only minutes from the jail. there i met Vanessa, with whom i completed some paperwork and a phone interview. she then drove me to a hotel (my circumstances left me stranded in ventura), and then drove back (!) later to bring me my wallet, which i'd left in her car as i write this, i have yet to give this agency one cent. i owe $500, ten percent of my bail. my wallet is inaccessible until tomorrow, at which time i'll call them w my cc... but after speaking to Christina on the phone, she assured me that i was fine. all i've done is provide honesty and legitimate work and personal references, stayed in contact, and these people have gone way out to assist me in a shitty situation. thank you ladies, so much. anyone doing research on or seeking a competent and compassionate bail agency should look no further. read more

These people are such pieces of s*** they had me for a good 24-hours believing they were going to bail out my girlfriend two times I went into the jail waiting for you to come out and both times they come in the very last second thing that they couldn't because they knew the more money or they one of my house to be as collateral on a $20,000 Bond they're absolutely ridiculous and just so disrespectful I really hope nobody ever goes to them they are just pieces of s*** do you know how heartbreaking is if you sitting there waiting for somebody to come out of jail for them to tell you who you know they want a whole list of more things read more

I don't know who this guy works for or whatever but what I do know is that bail hotline will work with you on the price and down payment to make that already terrible situation as best as it can be. So don't hesitate to call them because this victor guy decided to talk bad about a family owned place giving his most likely big franchise employer some competition.
