Then I asked if I could ask him the quick question to which I was responded "really fucking quick" then I asked it and he rudely asked me the name then rudely told me the answer and then was perturbed that I didn't call "another fucking bail bondsman and ask them"... On 9/30/2019, my girlfriend was arrested on an outstanding warrant stemming from a minor Los Angeles probation violation, which led to a missed court date. Prior to her arrest, my girlfriend had went a year without any arrest, and was enthusiastically rebuilding her life and being a mother to her four children. Days earlier, she had been financed by Team Nissan for a new car, owing money on the deposit that she would pay as soon as she received her paycheck. We had contacted a lawyer to deal with the probation violation, that carried less than a week of time. As our relationship grew, with my support, she had made dramatic improvements to her life. Immediately after her arrest I drove to Bikers Bail Bonds and posted a deposit of $400 on her bail and signed a contract for the remaining balance. I was later contacted by other bail agencies, Bail Hotline and others offering lower payments but I was satisfied that after the five day probation hold for LA county to get her expired, she would be released. However, she wasn't released after five days so I called Bikers Bail Bonds seeking an explanation. They dodged my calls. I called VCSD and they stated no bond was posted. I would get into contact with Bikers and they spoke to me like I was an idiot, insulted my intelligence, and engaged in what I allege to be petty fraud. Prior to this time I had a trip planned to Ohio to care for my mother soon to undergo surgery. I had delayed my plans in order to see my girlfriend made it home. Several days after Bikers continued to engage in alleged fraudulent behavior, I left without any clue what they had done with my money and unable to pay elsewhere to get her out. Our entire family is devastated beyond words, her young daughters especially. I am still devastated because it was all the money I could spare and now she remains locked up I can't send her money or buy phone time. We are a hard working family but not a lot of resources. I do have good credit and could have posted her bond at any bondsman in the county. When I tried to enquirer about the status of her bond they spoke to me with a complete disregard or respect, as if I was a beggar asking for a quarter. I would finally speak to Brian and the manner he spoke to me, I've never met the man, let's just say if we were face to face I would have been in need of a bail bond myself! Unbelievable! Today is 10/10/2019 and i spoke with someone in their office who said when they get around to it they will give me a refund! Unbelievable. These are some very disgusting human beings. I am now seeking legal advice as my girlfriend has now lost her job, the down payment on her car is in default, and the beautiful children she has that cry because their mother is gone and we can't do anything to help her. Bikers Bail Bonds are obviously scum and we welcome any lawyer willing to help us remedy this abuse, and prevent others from being victimized by such abuse. read more

Great prices work with payments and seem to have a lot of experience.

I put a down payment for a bond to be ready for someone who was being released the next day. After speaking to a detective, the main jail, and finding no public record of bail being necessary or posted and trying to talk to the bail bondsman about it, he was rude and told us to stop contacting him and swore he posted bail and wouldn't even discuss it or the possibility of a refund. After speaking to other bail companies, I was advised to file a complaint with the CA Department of Insurance so that is how I'm trying to reach a resolution now read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with BIKER BAIL BONDS!!!! After 2 1/2 weeks of back and forth nonsense and far too many unanswered phone calls, the owner Brian Gooch signed a contract and accepted our money then decided not to show up at the bail hearing as promised and required. That wasn't the worst part! After more than 3 hours in court looking for him and 5 hours of sitting at the Ventura County Jail, the owner Brian Gooch decided he didn't have to answer to us and demanded double the contracted down payment. At that point it was 9pm. He told us if we didn't like it to go find someone else to put up the bond. We called John at Aladdin Bail Bonds and the paperwork was completed and the bond posted in less than 2 hours. Once I started researching Brian Gooch and his business practices, it was no surprise that he failed to provide the service we paid for. He's rude, lazy, and incompetent. read more
