I explained that I am fully capable of handling my own obligations and that any requests for signatures or appointments should be directed to me. He refused and insisted on contacting my mother. I found his attitude to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Good customer service starts with respectful communication, and unfortunately that was not my experience.
