Great team! I was having an issue with birds pooping all over my patio. It was hard for me to find someone who handles the birds issue, but luckily I found them. Brittany came for a free estimate, office lady called for an appointment (very friendly), Andrew and his buddy fixed my birds nest issue. They're all respectful, responsible and very helpful. They even add the extra bird spikes, just being nice. They did an excellent job installing the protection over my roof. Now I can safely decorate my patio:). Highly recommend. read more

I couldn't get a pest control person out to my house because the person who answers the phone and schedules seems to have too many bad days. She told me a time for the pest control guy to come out and when he doesn't show up at that time I call an hour afterwards to find out what happened. I'm then told by this woman who's 'having a bad day' that she argues with me insisting she gave me a window of time, not a specific time...which is just the opposite of what she told me the day before. Meanwhile, I'm hanging around the house waiting and waiting. This gal is neither service oriented nor customer friendly. Sounds as if she can't take responsibility for her actions. read more

Umbrella pest control is the best! I am not privy to many pest control companies... but I did call them with what I thought was a emergency times 10. Umbrella reassured me it was not a 10 and came out the same day due to my paranoia with rodents. I can't tell you enough great things about every employee as in at my house or over the phone so Polite, trustworthy, calming , educated hard working family. I would give them a call you won't be disappointed!! read more

I've had them come to my house multiple times to take care of ants and spiders they are very professional and have consideration for our animals I would recommend them to anyone read more

I have followed Andrew from a few different pest control companies over the years and was one of his first customers when he opened Umbrella. He cares about his customers and makes sure his team, from office staff to bug technicians treat you, your property and animals with the utmost respect. Umbrella is a company that cares about the client and not just the payment!! They have taken care of a gopher problem for me along with doing my monthly service. One service, it was brought to my attention that there was some damage that wasn't there prior, it was termites! Andrew was quick to refer us to a friend of his termite company, who came and took care of the problem. Andrew came back and replaced the damage wood. If you didn't know, the Umbrella team also does some home handyman/construction jobs too. Umbrella Pest Control has integrity and a respect for their customers, their property and the animals who live on those properties. Andrew has built a brand that stands for respect and trust. read more

I had been making calls most of the day trying to find a good company for something that was discovered in an inspection report at my childhood home. I was not having any luck and was starting to get discouraged as I had encountered several not-so-good experiences while making my calls. Then I saw the Umbrella Pest Control which has an amazing logo that drew me in to make just "one more" call for the day. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alaire, which resulted in me being in better spirits by the end of the conversation (hope in humanity restored lol!) which was such a nice change of pace from the previous companies I had encountered earlier. (Thank you Alaire, you rock!). Long story short, Alaire called me back and said that they would be able to help me (Thank you Andrew!) with what was discovered in the inspection report. Justin came over and took care of everything, which eased my mind, and I was so appreciative! (Thank you, Justin!). I have referred Umbrella Pest Control to several people already because of how amazing this company is from the first encounter till completion and how they really care about their customers! If I could give it 10 stars I would, Highly recommend this company and I see why there are so many good reviews! read more

Great service. Haven't had any issues with pests since Andrew started doing pest control service for us. Ant infestation, no problem, Andrew will come out and spray inside and out. Also will do handyman work as needed. read more

Andrew was very quick to respond and super helpful. He explained the options that I had in a very informative manner without being a salesman about it. They are a very professional crew, but also very down to earth and easy to talk to. Personally, I've had very few issues when it comes to pest control, but if and when these things come up again, I already know who to contact first to get the job done. read more

Amazing service and amazing response time. Never lets me down. So glad I switched over. Andrew is just awesome.

I sent a message over Yelp looking for a termite inspection for a new real estate purchase in Ventura County. Even though Andy's service offering includes all types of pests but not termites and termite inspections, he immediately called me to give me three referrals. Andy was so professional and friendly over the phone, and was exceptionally generous with his time. Thanks Andy! read more

I have "traveled" with Andrew from company to company until he was able to finally get his own business. I have been beyond happy not only with Andrew but with Tony as well. Very polite and I now consider them friends vs just the "guy who kills my bugs". You will not regret the service and the friendliness of this company. read more

We have used and will continue to use Umbrella Pest Control. Andrew can do pretty much anything! So far he has fixed a rodent problem by setting traps / bait stations, setting up screens and filling any gaps or cracks. He helped cured a mold issue which involved replacing drywall. We checked around and his pricing was the best for pest control services, etc. His construction background means he can do pretty much anything, his advice is sound and his prices are great. He is also helping us with some appliance installations, painting, etc. He has a local family owned business and he has a great attitude. He's also trustworthy and personable - don't hesitate to call him. read more

Andy and his crew did an amazing job removing our attic insulation, vacuuming the entire attic, sanitizing the attic, adding new vent screens, and installing new upgraded insulation. Andrew and his crew are knowledgeable professionals. They removed an attics full of old blown-in and vermin damaged insulation, replacing it with high quality rolled insulation. The bid was fair, they were prompt and completed the job per agreed upon schedules, and respected our home. I am happy to recommend Umbrella Pest Control. read more
