Great team! I was having an issue with birds pooping all over my patio. It was hard for me to find someone who handles the birds issue, but luckily I found them. Brittany came for a free estimate, office lady called for an appointment (very friendly), Andrew and his buddy fixed my birds nest issue. They're all respectful, responsible and very helpful. I couldn't get a pest control person out to my house because the person who answers the phone and schedules seems to have too many bad days. She told me a time for the pest control guy to come out and when he doesn't show up at that time I call an hour afterwards to find out what happened. I'm then told by this woman who's 'having a bad day' that she argues with me insisting she gave me a window of time, not a specific time...which is just the opposite of what she told me the day before. Meanwhile, I'm hanging around the house waiting and waiting. This gal is neither service oriented nor customer friendly. Sounds as if she can't take responsibility for her actions. read more

Umbrella reassured me it was not a 10 and came out the same day due to my paranoia with rodents. I had been making calls most of the day trying to find a good company for something that was discovered in an inspection report at my childhood home. I was not having any luck and was starting to get discouraged as I had encountered several not-so-good experiences while making my calls. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alaire, which resulted in me being in better spirits by the end of the conversation (hope in humanity restored lol!) which was such a nice change of pace from the previous companies I had encountered earlier. So far he has fixed a rodent problem by setting traps / bait stations, setting up screens and filling any gaps or cracks. He helped cured a mold issue which involved replacing drywall.
