As a soup, salad, and sandwich connoisseur I knew I had to try this place. And boyyyyyy oh boy it didn't disappoint. I got the crunchy chicken chipotle. A frickin perfect sandwich (I almost wish I could cuss on this app because it deserves an explicit but that would be in bad taste and this place tasted great).I even waited like an hour to eat it and it was still on point. Not to wet but still savory. We also got the balsamic salad and the tomato bisque soup. Muah! I don't love tomato soup but we added our own croutons to it and it was amazing. They have huge portions too if you like and I got a "medium" sandwich that was a foot long. It was ready in legitimately less than 5 minutes. They were so professional, courteous, and accommodating. I will be coming back!
It was my first time trying this sandwich shop. I saw good reviews so I thought I would check it out. I had the cole turkey and tomato soup. My friend had the meatball sub and a salad. You get quite a bit of food for the price. On a ten scale the overall quality and taste of the food was a 7 I prefer my tomato soup a bit more creamy but it still had a decent flavor. The place seemed fairly clean, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning. The service was very friendly. I might go back and try another combo.
My mom has been asking to try this place for awhile since they have wagyu beef. She had the wagyu roast beef sandwich and loved it. I had the Bobbie and thought it was just ok. I was surprised that mayo was the predominant taste out of all the toppings. The cole slaw was very mayo-y as well. I did like the bread. We ordered delivery online and it was quick and easy. I think I'll try it again, just a different sandwich next time.
Had lunch here earlier today and I gotta say that I was very pleased with my meal and the experience of the whole visit. The restaurant looked clean so that was already a good start, the employees were all very friendly and helpful over the menu, and the food was very tasty even got a big chocolate chip cookie for dessert it was very good! I got the 8" meatball sub is was delicious, ate every bit of it. I'd say this is a great sub shop and I know my family and I will return to this restaurant many times, was not disappointed with our visit at all.

I went back to get my drink and the cabinet the drink machine was sitting on was dirty on the face of it and on the top and around a drink area on the floor it was dirty. Again there we're no customers to speak of. I picked up my sandwich and went to my truck and it would have been a little match to eat at and drive so I sat in the parking lot and ate it. It had a good amount of meat and filled me up for lunch. I would not describe it as fantastic but it was good. I doubt I will visit this place again.

I didn't want to overwhelm the sandwich with all the fixings so I literally ordered a meat and cheese sandwich; cheesesteak with provolone (does anyone know what American cheese is, asking for a friend) The meat was bland and a little dry. Health wise the lack of grease is a plus but that also means lack of flavor. The bread was squishy. I prefer a bread with a crisp crust and airy center for a cheesesteak sandwich. The crust keeps the bread from getting soggy. If I return I'll definitely add mayo, onions, and peppers to the sandwich. I'll also order a cookie. I've been told they're good BUT the same person said the sandwiches are better than PS
Came in to order a to go order. Got tomato soup and Capastrami sandwich. The sandwich missed the mark on the meat, bread to veggie ratio. Little pastrami, lots of wet coleslaw. I love coleslaw on a sandwich, but the amount added, it made the sandwich cold. The coleslaw was also wet. I wouldn't say too much mayo...but something that made it loose. Just not good. The Russian dressing didn't pair well on it. I did enjoy the soup.
Wow! This place was a surprise, I always drove by this location and wanted to try one of their subs. So today I went in and walked in to a modern sandwich shop, and it smelt delicious. I checked out there menu and saw they were famous for their "The Bobbie" which is like Thanksgiving dinner on a sub. And man was I impressed. I did the Half Sub/Cup of Soup meal which was a great price for being under $10. I got the "Bobbie" sub which was a sub with Butterball Turkey, Stuffing, Mayo, And cranberry sauce. I got it hot too. Then I got a cup of their New England clam chowder. The sub was AMAZING! It was huge for half a sub and they gave you the perfect amount of everything on it. I was extremely impressed! They even bring it to your table. The soup was great too! The cranberry sauce and stuffing on the sub was just like grandma makes it. Overall I recommend trying their "Voted Best Sub" "The Bobbie Sub"... it was spectacular! My friend got the same with the Turkey Chili which tasted great too. I'd probably chose this sandwich shop over Panera Bread Any-day because who doesn't love fresh butterball Turkey!
Ambiance: This is a pretty nifty place inside! Between the brick accent wall, metal cladding, and stained woods, there are plenty of textures to keep your eyes busy while you're waiting for your food. The materials do a good job of absorbing sound to the place is fairly quiet. The seating is rough wood boxes or metal chairs so not a place you'll want to hang out at but adequate enough for a quick lunch. The staff are friendly and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. Ordered: Small wagyu slaw sandwich and medium cheesesteak Price: $26.47 (without tip) Food: I was pleasantly surprised by these sandwiches! They have great sub rolls that are like a better version of Jimmy Johns. The wagyu slaw sandwich has a heartier chewier french/hoagie roll while the cheesesteak had a slightly softer and fluffier sub roll. Both sandwiches were very well-balanced with almost a 40:60 split between any fixings and the protein. Given the high cost, they did not feel skimpy at all. I would highly recommend the cheesesteak as it is perfectly-sliced with crispy browned beef chunks and gooey melted cheese. It could have used a little more mushroom but not everyone is a mushroom fanatic like me. I did get hot peppers on the side and would recommend them if you like a hit of spice and acid on your sandwich. The waygyu sandwich is basically a cold roast beef sandwich with a mild slaw that adds good moisture and acid, also a very solid choice. Overall we had a great meal. We would say the small plus a side or the medium by itself makes for a satisfying meal while a large would be great if you're starving. The prices are admittedly high for a sandwich shop but it they do seem to use high-quality ingredients and they are prepared well. I would gladly come here again for my next sandwich fix. read more

I saw this place last week when I ate at Famous Dave's right across the highway. They have a nice little dining room accented by wood paneling. I could smell cookies baking while I was eating. Their service was quick and accurate. They took my order, got it right, and delivered my sandwich almost immediately. There is nothing like a hot sub sandwich right off the grill ready to eat at your table, especially if I didn't have to make it. I ordered the American Wagyu French Dip which is a Limited-Time Only deal. The sandwich consists of American Wagyu Roast Beef, Swiss cheese, mayo, black pepper and Au Jus Sauce. I chose the Half Size for $6.99. The sub was really good and dipping it in the sauce just makes it even better. Parking is no issue whatsoever. The business that used to occupy the corner suite of the building is no longer there and so all of their parking spaces are available. I found the restroom to be okay. There was a dispenser with a layer of dust on top of the dispenser box which is no big deal, it just makes you wonder if they skip on other details in there. read more
This was our first visit to a Capriotti's. The gentleman behind the register was very helpful, answering any questions we had. I ordered the small Capastrami and it was really good. It was pastrami Swiss cheese Russian dressing and coleslaw. The slaw was sweet and went perfectly with the pastrami. The sandwich was a bit messy but very filling. Hey parents- they are very kid friendly! Kids eat free all day everyday! Kids get a free grilled cheese sandwich. My son has a dairy allergy so we went with the the kids meal for $5.99. A sandwich chips and a juice box. We will return next time we are in the area. read more

I stopped in to try a new place for lunch, and l have to say that this place did not disappoint! I wish I would have started coming sooner! Austin the cashier must have seen my deer-in-the-headlights look and offered to give me a tutorial on how to order. You order at the register and they kindly bring it to your table. The soup, salad, and sandwhich menu covers both hot and cold selections. I went with the half Classic Cheese Steak sandwich and half Black and Bleau salad combo and it was HUGE!!! It did not include a drink but they will gladly add it to your order. I'll definitely be back to bring my husband because he will love all the meaty options. The location is perfectly located on US 31 in the middle of all the Greenwood to-do's. They were even nice enough to give me a discount card for a free small sandwich during my next visit. I am very impressed with this sandwich shop and am spreading the word to others, encouraging them to visit! This shop offers a large variety of both hot and cold sandwiches to choose from, as well as some salads. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff was super helpful during my first visit. The employee at the counter was patient as I made up my mind and even explained parts of the menu to me. I chose to order the spicy turkey sandwich that had Doritos on it; it was a great choice!! I am not usually a fan of having chips on my sandwiches, but I encourage trusting the process on this one! My sandwich combo (included a bag of chips and a drink) was under $10! As a whole, I am very pleased with my experience and the food at Capriotti's! I will definitely be visiting again in the future. read more
Came upon this place as it is right next to a new Giordanos Pizza that just opened in the Greenwood area at Stop 13 and US 31 by the old HH Gregg. I had never heard of Capriott's but I see it is a large franchise. Lots of sandwich choices. And soups and salads. Always a solid Cheesesteak! The bread is very soft and the cheese coats the steak perfectly. Love the spice of adding peppers. The staff here is always friendly and they all seem to be real friends with each other. The place could use a deep cleaning but it's not terrible. We eat here about every six weeks and it's always piping hot and delicious. Sometime you end up with some chewy bits but it's not overwhelming. read more
I don't give out high scores often but wow, for a "fast food" or "sandwich shop", which I don't really consider this place now, the food was outstanding! The Bobbie was bananas! The turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce combo was classic and met my expectations and beyond! The clam chowder was very good. Did not taste like pre-made or soup in a bag. Lots of clams, very satisfying! This place is not your run of the mill sandwich shop. Will be exploring entire menu soon! read more

Let me start by saying that we loved Capriotti's and frequently ate there. It's disheartening to see how little regard they, or the franchise owner, have for their customers. We ordered our usual Bobbie and my wife bit into a bone in the sandwich cracking her molar. I reached out to Capriotti's directly and didn't get a response. Eventually, Janelle Zuniga with corporate responded with the screenshots shown below. She sent us a coupon for a free sandwich, which we probably won't use. We have never heard back from anyone including the franchise owner even after I reached out again. I didn't want to resort to posting on social media, but we've been left with no other option. I will continue to share our experience throughout social media platforms until it has been resolved. Here are the screenshots showing the entire correspondence. read more

This is a pretty solid place if you want a chain restaurant sandwich with interesting toppings that's not run of the mill. We've been here a few times with no bad experiences yet. They often have great coupons (i.e. buy one, get one free sammie - an almost $9 value) in mailers and on their app. We used a BOGO sandwich coupon today and we also always take our own water bottles everywhere so it was less than $10 for my husband and me to eat lunch today. My choice today was the BBQ Chicken Cheese Steak which comes with slaw and crunchy cheddar onions on it. It alone was the perfect amount of food and tasted great. read more
