Yum! And yum! And more yum!! Think gourmet subway sandwiches. Not your typical flavors. Choices of hot or cold (or even made as salads) and 4 different sizes. Mini (think child size or a snack), small (perfect for 1), medium (lunch for 2 or dinner for 1) and large (enough for 3!). I had to have the Bobbie & it didn't disappoint! Turkey, stuffing & cranberry sauce? Anytime of year? Sign me up! We also grabbed the Wagyu which was just as tasty! Reasonably priced, I think you get more than what you pay for here! Friendly and quick service. From time of order at the counter until time out the door for 2 medium sandwiches = less than 10 minutes. Clean location, smaller parking lot, variety of seating. read more

The fresh turkey hoagie was delicious!! The turkey itself was flavorful and the roll just like an Amaroso's roll in Philadelphia.

They welcome me right away that I entered. The tables are clean and the place is organized. The food is I expect!! Yummiiii!!! Today is not as crowded as it usually is. read more

My son always requests a medium Bobby sandwich when he works after school, and it's no surprise why! He was especially excited to try the gravy option this time, and he says it really takes the sandwich to another level. The staff is always friendly, and I've never had an issue with my orders. The store is always clean, and I usually order online and just swing by to pick it up. Every time, it's a smooth, hassle-free experience. Consistently a 5-star experience read more

Order a sandwich to go from their website. It was made perfectly and tasted delicious. I also ordered a bag of chips & soda, both of which I received the correct ones. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and handed my order. It was simply and easy. I'll definitely order from this location again. read more

Submitted on customer feedback page of Capriottis corporate website. There was never any response. Dear Capriotti's Sandwich Team-- I am reaching out to you today due to a bad experience my friends and I had on Sunday October 13 at the 170 N Boulder Hwy #120, Henderson, NV 89015 location. I had visited this Capriottis before, but only had tried the Classic Italian. No complaints on those. On October 13 between 5 pm and 5:30 pm we mobile-ordered three (3) LARGE Wagyu Cheesesteaks and a chicken Caesar salad. I had suggested Capriottis to my friends as a place to pick up dinner as I had seen the magazine ads and the TV commercials advertising the Wagyu Cheesesteaks. On TV and in the ads the sandwiches looked GREAT. I was pleased to recommend these and staked my sandwich reputation on it. Big mistake by me. When we got home to eat them, we were all VERY disappointed. The sandwiches were 90% BREAD. The steak was good quality but there was hardly ANY of it in the sandwiches and very little cheese also. Basically loaves of bread. As we were set to watch the MLB playoffs on TV, it put a damper on everything.  We are all originally from the East Coast so we come from sandwich. Not expecting breadwiches, we were expecting real cheesesteaks like the ones advertised. We felt cheated and ripped off as the sandwiches were almost $25 EACH! Needless to say, I have not been back since and will not, unless I hear back from management as to exactly what went wrong and what can be done about this situation. I did stop by this location three times in the weeks immediately following the incident. Each time I was told the manager wasn't in. They said her name was Audrey. Also tried calling and asking for Audrey a couple of times and staff told me she was not in either time. Quality control and management intervention is sorely lacking here! read more

MARIBEL took my order around 7:35 ish on 4/2/26 she proceeded after I tipped to sit on her phone for a few minutes then grabbed her whole ponytail put gloves on without washing her hands and made my sandwich. Which she had no problem serving to me I find this absolutely disgusting on this businesses half to have employees who behave this way. Absolutely DISGUSTING!! read more

We love Capriotti's. We go several times a year this time when I went I asked for no mushrooms and no salt and pepper. They put a sticker on it that said no salt no pepper no mushrooms however, when I opened it there was all three. So many mushrooms, oh my God so gross, I picked them all out and gave them to my husband, but this isn't the first time they've messed up my sandwich. It was kind of disappointing, that being said the girls were friendly enough and smiled. It's a convenient shop so I'm sure I'll be there again, but I will make sure the order is correct before I leave cause I don't wanna do that again also had the salt and pepper and it's just too much for me. It's a small shop. They did change the high tables to lower tables which I think it's a good idea cause it's hard to get in those high chairs and it makes the place look bigger. So that's a good change. read more

I have been going for over 10 years. Worst experience today. The wait was over 30 minutes and the Bobbi sandwich was 90% stuffing with hardly any turkey. Please clean up your act. Your philly cheese sandwiches are much better but really dropped the ball on your signature sandwich. read more

Do better! Check orders put meat on the sandwiches! People work very hard and expect when they pay $14 for a sandwich you should give the customer what they expect! To everyone who is thinking about it just go somewhere else! Save yourself the trouble! Do better represent a big company better! read more

We haven't been to a Capriotti's in a while, it looks like things have gone downhill. This one was not very clean. The ladies working were nice. When we finally got our sandwiches both were a disaster. I had a cheese steak and wife had the Bobbie, both sandwiches had more of the contents on the paper then in the bread. The after filling the sandwich back up, they were pretty good. read more

This was a terrible sandwich! Got the grilled Italian and the meats? were rolled like a hot dog and just a blob stuffed in a bun, not even sure what the meat was! Menu said provolone cheese which there was NONE of, one tomato slice and about a tablespoon of fried onions. At least I only got the smallest one and I paid to much for what it was! I do not recommend this place! read more

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a Capistrano and received a roast beef strami. Took it back and Mackayla the manager argued about replacing it. When asked to show what the pastrami looked like she showed good pastrami, but what was on my sandwich was roast beef. She threw away the rejected sandwich and refused to look at it. She kept our money and tried to defend her reason why. I will never go there again. And when I asked for the corporate number she reluctantly gave it but when you call it has a recording that says your call cannot be answered. Congratulations on your horrific customer service skills mackayla. Best GM ever, NOT! read more

Zero stars. Thanks for being my first zero star review, you deserve it. Walked in at 7:35pm, already aware they close at 8:00pm. I asked, "Oh, are you closed?" Male employee walks by me not even looking at me, "Yeah, we're closing soon. Reaaaal soon." I look at the female cashier confused, I ask her, "So, I can't order or?" She says, "Well, I guess if you'd like a hot sandwich we can do that for you. Would you like a hot sandwich? I already started packing up all the cold stuff," as she points to it next to her. The male employee's tone made me assume they didn't want to serve up anyone else despite the time so I promptly left and didnt order. This occurrence happened today 9/13/2021. Maybe checked in with these two and review quality customer service. read more

Two stars to get the attention of whomever is in charge. The food was fine BUT ... I ordered two sandwiches online for pickup. My husband picked up the food and when he got home, there was no au jus for the French dip I ordered. In the big scheme of life, this is not a big deal. When I'm hangry and my order gets messed up it's a huge deal! It's stupid for my husband to drive all the way back (which he offered to do) because then both of our sandwiches would be cold. If you call the phone number, you cannot talk to a person. The message tells you to order online and then hangs up. So this is the only way I can complain. Do I want to be compensated? No. But paying almost $25 for two sandwiches should at least get me an employee that takes an extra minute or two to make sure everything in my order is correct. When you pick up your To Go order at Juan's Flaming Fajitas, they take everything out of your bag to show you your order and repack it. Takes less than 5 minutes. read more

The service was terrible.. We Waited a long time for our order to come out! When we received our order.. the order was wrong.. the girl that was working there told my wife order was correct.. We ordered Med sandwich with extra sweet peppers . I received a small sandwich with no sweet peppers. My wife order a small sandwich with pepperoncinis on it.. she received the small sandwich with no pepperoncinis on it. But, instead the girl added sweet peppers to my wife sandwich.. So, The order was Not Correct! She did nothing to resolve the issues. Very poor service and management.. Tables weren't clean! We cleaned our own table after asking twice.. The bathrooms weren't clean! Plus,No soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. Plus, other customers were also complaining that their order was incorrect.. read more

Not like it used to be!! The meat was burned and salty also the service is not very good

Sandwiches are awesome ! Prepared in a timely manner and staff are friendly and helpful .

My first visit and I'm surprised at the low ratings. Clean, fast (granted I was the only customer at the time), and fresh food. I would've given them 5 stars but they were skimpy with their meat on the sandwich. read more

If you like being solicited for money from transient folks go here. I was approached right outside the door between Cap and China a go go, as well when I was sitting inside eating my sandwich. The nerve and audacity of people. Listen before I start sounding like a horrible person, the second person I know from personal experience in my work related activities. The male asked every single person in the store for money, or to buy him a sandwich. I said sorry brother, and he kept hounding me. I look up and said "brother, I said no, please move along". He looked at me like I kicked his dog or something. All the while as this happens in the chair next to me, at the table right behind me was security who is hired by this complex to keep this from happening! Unreal! This post is really directed to them, but it only happens when I'm in Cap. The reason for the 2 star is at least one of the employees stood up and saw as the gentleman hit up about the 7th person asking for money, the employee said "hey sir, none of that in here". He got some attitude then left. Thank you to the employee that stood her ground! Sorry to your business that the security company is just collecting their money and not doing anything to help with the problems in the area! read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible. One of the worst businesses I've ever had experience with. They don't care about their customers or their employees. Why does a business leave only one exit open when by law you're supposed to have two? And when asked why it's locked the manager himself says to keep it like that for cleaning to be easier on them? Yet the safety of myself, others and your employee means a cleaner store/ easier labor on him as the manager. Really need to get this place together and actually hire MANAGERS that care about their jobs and the safety of others read more

I was very disappointed with my last visit at Capriotti's. I placed an online order at 11:45 on July 20. I was told it would be ready at 12:05. I wasn't able to get there till 1225. When I got there they had not even started my order. The girl who was helping me started my order and then did not add the sweet peppers to the sandwich that I had requested. I wound up getting my food at 12:40. I don't understand why an online order should take 50 minutes to be ready. I've never had this problem here at this location previously. What made the matter worse was that the girl who made my sandwich told me that they got busy and I shouldn't expect my sandwich to be ready in 15 minutes read more

Very Disappointed. We paid $30 for 3 sandwiches. the Caprastami had NO CHEESE which supposed to come with it. Cheese Steak & Italian Sub were very good. Food rating is 3stars Service is why I gave 1 star because we walked in and no one greeted us, no welcome to Caps, no acknowledgement. We stood there for 5 mins until one girl said "what are you waiting for?" WHAT!?!?! I said i have not ordered. Meanwhile there are several workers there. One of the girls were calling ready orders but never looked our way. Terrible. we will not visit this location anymore. read more

Completely disappointed. This place just handed my paid order to someone else and then didn't even try to fix the problem. Had me wait to long for it to be given to someone else. Then when I confronted them they didn't care. Worse customer service ever. Instead of them walking up to customers giving out wrong order they should just call out the name or just ask for the receipt. Simple problem that could of easily been avoided. Too long of a wait for An empty location to take way to long. Save your money so not worth it. read more

I love Capriotti's but I am going to change locations and eat at the Horizon one from now on. This is the 2nd time out of 2 visits to this location where the cheesesteak meat is drier than a popcorn fart. The workers are nice but they sure don't know how to cook meat. Also, I get the large sandwich and when I ask for a side of hot peppers and Russian sauce, I want the bigger side cup and not the tiny one (seeing as the sandwich is 18"). Also, I know they don't get paid enough (I worked for Cap's so I know), but seeing the vents with a thick layer of dust was gross since that most likely falls into people's food. They need to have a cleaning day and wipe down all of the vents, walls, and grill vents. read more
