It's overloaded with goodness--avocado, deliciously marinated tofu, edamame (yes, it's a protein-rich bowl), tomatoes, shredded carrots, diced cucumbers, greens and more. You're literally devouring the rainbow here, friends. For drinks, they have a modest but decent selection of beer, wine (a decent bubbly in a can!) and sake in addition to soft drinks. There are just as many Rice as well as Noodle options as well as Stir Fry. The variety seems endless for everyone's picky taste buds. Finally there's a dessert list as well. Calamari: Should be ordered in-house. By the time we sampled it at home, it had "toughened" and was a bit chewy. The accompanying dipping sauce was good. Khao Pad: Thai fried rice with egg, tomato, onion, peas, carrots and garnished with cucumber. Delicious. BSF is a welcome addition to the list of thai restaurants in the Birmingham area.
