They made calls to check sizes and delivery dates for the tile I chose. Jimmy, the owner, stopped by meanwhile to evaluate the job, offer estimates of cost and date of installation. He was very specific about my needing to hire a plumber to move the fixtures before work began. This was helpful as I would not have realized this was necessary. The craftsman did a wonderful job laying the tile and caulking everywhere to avoid leaks. The weather was stifling hot but he worked so hard until finished.Beautiful work!

I'm a tenant and it's a super-old bathroom that had horrible looking grout with cracks in it and some of the tiles were bulging out a bit. The landlord ordered this work because of leaks in the building (so I have no idea what it cost). The worker spent about 6.5 hours working hard to complete this work. He arrived when expected (about a half hour early, but that was fine), and I was able to get my computer work done in another room of my small apartment (with my cat) while he was completing the work. I was impressed that he worked so diligently in a tiny space for such a long time. It's always difficult to be a tenant when work needs to be done. I appreciate that they came around the time expected and got the work done efficiently (i.e., so they don't need to come back). My old bathroom looks so nice now!

Quality of work was excellent. Job just completed so how long the tile work lasts without a failure is unknown. I purchased the tile and grout separately from a local imported tile company not from a big box company. This was a very small tiling project. Completed a second project while the first was in process. The second project was replacement of an improperly installed walk-in shower chair. Involved opening a wall up (in a closet) to access the back side of the shower wall to install blocking for the chair and drilling new holes in the tile for the screws to attach the chair to the tiled wall. Both the interior of the shower and the wall inside the closet were carefully worked on with no problems. The chair is now installed with proper blocking behind the tiled wall. They re-installed the plastered wallboard inside the closet with minimal visibility. The workers were polite and efficient and respectful. Highly recommend this contractor. As an aside, other contractors suggested by Yelp came in at 56% higher (one contractor quoted on photos only), a second contractor quoted 488% higher (nearly $4000 more) and a second quoted at 390% higher ($3000 more). Not for nothing, I would have preferred them saying they didn't want to do the small job than trying to rip me off. They won't be hearing from me for ANY future jobs.

Though there were Covid-related delays to the start of our project, the project moved fairly quickly when we started. Our wonderful foreman John was a joy to work with, answering our many questions and ensuring the work that was done was of the highest quality. When unknown issues arose during construction (as they do in old homes!) there were smart options presented and we were able to move forward quickly.
