The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. And the tile, that was the biggest transformation! The grout looks fresh and new, and all stains in the kitchen and hot tub room are gone. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.

I use a black light to find any stains on our oriental rugs. The patterns make them hard to see. He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains.
