Chiko called someone else who did get to the house within 15 mins. Definitely prompt. I asked the person who showed up how much. He said it could be tricky etc... Anyway, it took this person 2 mins to open the door. I was then charged $239! For a job that took all of 5 mins if you include his getting out of and back into his van. On top of that, this person was furious when I told him what I was quoted. He told me they charge so much because of his car, insurance etc... I didn't have an issue with the $150 (although it took 5 mins). I do have an issue with the guy who showed up, charging me an extra $90. The tech who came to the house was super scary. The locksmith attempted to program the key twice before informing me that it is not compatible. Luckily, he had a key made for my car with him. However, the price was similar to car dealerships.
