For one of the gutter installations, since we have many pine trees near, the pine needles got into the gutter after over 15 years and were clogged. I contacted them again, Carlos came over, not only he fixed the clogged gutter, he also fixed 2 valley gutter points that we had had water issues. Communication throughout the process was slow, and I had to repeatedly call and request escalation before receiving consistent updates. Ironically, communication became much quicker when it came time to collect the final payment. While compensation was eventually offered, it felt like the minimum possible amount considering the inconvenience and lost time involved. In the end, the final product turned out well, but the scheduling, communication, and ordering issues made the experience frustrating overall.
