Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped. Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform. My original appointment was scheduled back in February, but no one showed up, and when I called, I was told the appointment was not even in the system so they had to rescehdule. Then on installation day, the crew arrived with the wrong size and wrong color door, which delayed the installation and caused me to miss work. Communication throughout the process was slow, and I had to repeatedly call and request escalation before receiving consistent updates. Ironically, communication became much quicker when it came time to collect the final payment. While compensation was eventually offered, it felt like the minimum possible amount considering the inconvenience and lost time involved. In the end, the final product turned out well, but the scheduling, communication, and ordering issues made the experience frustrating overall.
