Said it would be there later so if we wanted to come in, on our way I called KIM and her words were"it should be here any moment" an hour later we got there and we're sat down with MILLY who started our app I had to keep correcting her on numbers and months (ex. We said October she put 8, we said May she put 4) we stopped to say we would like to look at the vehicle before wasting time on the approval process, the vehicle was not there upset of course I asked KIM why she said it was to be there when it wasnt???? They brought the GM who said the transfer takes a couple days, I said then why were we told it'd be there- mind you it's coming from SA 3 hours top, he made excuses trying to justify the fact that we were directly lied too and couldn't apologize just excuse after another. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Heather is the worst person to step foot into customer service. How she even still has a job, or how this place gets customers because of the way they treat the people that pay their bills, is astounding. Customer service aside, the car we got came barely working. Brakes were going out, the driver side window won't roll down, and the day after we got it, we were broken down in the parking lot of somewhere because the car wouldn't start. Beware of this place! They have had horrible reviews placed here on yelp and they login and delete them all to give themselves a better score. They have employees also login and put up fake reviews so it shows that someone actually would go there. I'm sure this one won't be up long either because they will delete it as well as the last review I left. This is one of the worst place to try to purchase a car especially if you don't have good credit! They take advantage of you and charge you huge prices and interest on cars that are worst half of that. Great no-pressure sales experience. Mr. Bob Davis is the man to see. They can help just about anyone get into a good, reliable, clean car. After a bit, GOD FORBID, you should have any hard times. They are insensitive, refuse to let you change your pay dates even if you change jobs, and are unyielding and relentless in hounding you for money, claiming you owe things but REFUSING to provide any proof. The initial buying experience was wonderful. However, after the fact, FORGET IT. ADDITIONALLY, we were told at signing that after 12 months of payments we would be able to refinance WITH THEM at a lower interest rate. HUGE LIE!!!!!!! They refuse to let us refinance, saying we can refinance with someone else, but not with them. Try finding financing for a car that is over nine (9) years old. GOOD LUCK. This place is not honest! I don't care WHAT their rating is with the BBB. They hide WAY to much from the BBB. They will threaten you, and even when they have done wrong, they refuse to accept any responsibility for their staff's actions. A staff member ran our debit card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. These guys are awful. If you need a sub-prime auto loan, go out and search for "direct to consumer lending" - do anything but come into this dealership. This was the absolute most time consuming and humiliating experience of my life. When you express interest via the internet in one of their vehicles, some very nice person will call/email you to come by for a test drive. This is when you get set up with the Brothers Guido and grilled and asked to sign over your first born child for the privilege of driving something off their lot that will likely begin shelling parts when you look at it wrong. They will ask you for 8 separate references, a copy of your social security card, and a bunch of other stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if they ARE deleting their negative reviews, because I can't see that they're getting any positive ones that aren't written by shills. BUYER BEWARE! I have done business with them for the past 4 almost 5 years. Honestly, I will NOT be buying any other cars from this place after today. The way Paul called me, yelled at me & treated me over a $5 payment is infuriating. He had the nerve to say "Don't pay it if you don't want to I don't care." When I simply asked that he answer me a question. I never said I did not want to pay nor did I say I was not going to pay I was simply asking for payment history! Afterwards he put me on HOLD to get to "other customers" and the dumb ass picked up the same line. He was simply trying to shut me up. The fact that someone with such a temper would be working in that type of business is enough to keep anyone away! My payment was made on time and for someone to call and be so rude because it hasn't posted is ridiculous! If your going to call someone don't be rude, know the answers to simple questions, when I asked for anyone else who would be willing to help he said "NOBODY will want to audit an account over $5" Thankfully I'm at the end of my payments. I was in a bind and they sold me a car. I thought they were very helpful until I signed the paperwork and within days nothing worked. No signals, no horn, needs a front end alignment, starter going out and windshield wipers are broken. Took the car back on a saturday and their own mechanic tells me the car is not safe to drive. Talked to Becky (sales manager?) and she tells me to call back on Monday and make an appointment to have it looked at and sends me on my way. Talked to the man who sold me the piece of junk and his response was "I'm just a salesman"! These people took advantage of the situation I was in to offload this vehicle. They do not care about your safety or the condition of the vehicles they sell. Do not buy a car from these guys! Biggest mistake I've ever made. They have no integrity whatsoever. read more

If you find yourself needing to use this company, Go down south to the other location. The North location has arrogant salesman and lazy staff. I sat in the lobby for hours and my salesman Alberto couldn't have the courtesy to come let me know what is going on. He also had no eagerness to sell me a car. Said I could not afford the one I wanted a 10 year old used vehicle. When i asked him the price of the vehicle he said he didnt know. You are selling a vehicle and dont know the price seriously. He kept saying he had 17 years experience selling cars. I am astonished cause he was a horrible salesman. The finance staff was too busy on her sell phone calls outside. This place is absolutely the worst lot to buy a car. I moved from out of state and CCC was close to my new home so when I saw a car I liked I decided to take it for a test drive. Bob, my salesman, and Mark, the finance manager were amazing when it came to signing the papers but this is where the good customer service ended. My second payment was coming up. NO lie it was not even due and Kelly called threatening to disable my car if I did not pay right then... A few months later, I was less than 5 days late and they called all 10 of my references and were extremely rude and disrespectful AND shared account information with my sister... isn't this illegal? Good credit, bad credit, no credit should not define how a person treats you. Also Bob and Mark assured me they were "there to help with my credit situation" My credit score was 523 and while this sucked I was looking forward to getting back in the 600's. Well here I am a year later and not a single payment has been posted to ANY of the credit reporting agencies. Well I have called, emailed, and text and each response has been we report at the end of each month. I call BS. I get a copy of my credit report monthly and review my credit through several credit monitoring systems. Like I said, I'm working on building my credit so I can buy a new house. While my credit has improved significantly, I have avoided buying a new car due to my current search for a new home; I think I must buy a new vehicle because I can no longer give my money to such a horrible, unethical company. read more

I recently purchase a SUV from CCC. I love my purchase, however the customer service I am not happy about. After purchasing the SUV put insurance on it right away. I had my insurance agent to fax it over using the paperwork giving to me. Three weeks later I get a letter stated I would have to pay $100. more a month for not putting insurance on the car and them having to over the insurance. So I give them a call and spoke with Kenny of collections. I explain that I already sent in my proof of insurance. HE informs me at until it is in his hands they don't have it. And that was fine but the problems his name is not on any of the paperwork nor was I told it had to go to a certain person. I faxed using the number given to me and I feel it was there department job to get the information to whoever handles that. Anyway he proceed to yell at me. Now I am paying alot of money a month to them and I did what I was suppose to do. I don't think he has any right to yell at customers.
