Two more days later, I got a call from a local SL rep cancelling my appointment because their vendor doesn't carry the glass & cannot get it. Are you kidding? It's a Subaru! Call another vendor, go on eBay or ask me if it's okay to get the glass from a junk yard. Think a little! Now I have to hear those SL commercials knowing they're not true. Absolutely zero effort was put into keeping the promise made to me. I am incredibly disappointed & probably stuck without a replacement due to half the country being on vacation this week. I cannot believe the lack of ingenuity or commitment to helping me. What a load of BS.
