I would not recommend Shine Select Power Washing & Roof Cleaning…read more After the service, multiple areas of my lawn were severely damaged and appear to have died from either bleach runoff or an equipment issue. Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. I will now have to reseed several sections of my yard and wait for the grass to grow back. I also found bleach stains across my driveway after the job was completed. In addition, I found a loose nut on the driveway, which makes me wonder whether there was an equipment malfunction or leak during the service. It would have taken the crew a few minutes to rinse off the driveway. The cleaning chemicals also left a noticeable residue on all of my windows, creating another expense and additional work for me to correct. To make matters worse, the crew did not return my outdoor furniture or garden hose to their original locations after finishing the job. It was a very lazy and poor-quality job all around. Overall, I paid for a professional cleaning service and was left with property damage, cleanup work, and additional costs. The results simply did not justify the hassle or expense.

I requested a quote through Yelp, to which they responded in about 15 minutes. They asked a few questions and came back with a price that was consistent with what I had paid previously. They did not damage any plants located near the house. The cleaned up after themselves and were finished in under 3 hours. I paid them using Paypal before they left. I will use them again next year, as my siding turns green every year. Today my house looks amazing.

The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

After having some fireplace panels replaced, I had a question about the curing process, sent some pictures to confirm the wear was normal, and the team replied very quickly explaining that what I was seeing was normal, what to look for that wouldn't be normal, and that the fireplace was safe to use. On another occasion, I had a follow up question after the first use of the fireplace of the year and they were responsive, helpful, and even sent a team member out to confirm everything was functioning properly. Fast forward 6 months (I never used the fireplace during the 6 months) and I was converting to gas logs. The gas fireplace company said I needed a chimney inspection and cleaning. I saw the photos of the debris on the shelf and inside the chimney!! The other company removed Half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris. And they showed me a nail or screw one damper that was not secured during the first cleaning. So I am very disappointed - did JCS even do anything? Yurii and his team responded quickly, suggested a type of barrier that was most appropriate for our array, gave a very reasonable estimate for the work, and completed it in a most professional manner. Not only that, but Yurii pointed out several areas where the installers had damaged some roofing shingles (the installer agreed with his observation and repaired the damage, no questions asked) and he gave us a thorough review of the workmanship of the installation overall. This second opinion was reassuring, especially because I was not familiar with what the permitting and approval process covered nor with the standards such installations are held to. Whether you have a new installation or are considering one that is already installed on a property you are considering for purchase, a review of the type Yurii provides is vital to your understanding of the equipment and how to maintain it. And, by the way--if your array does not have a critter barrier, call Ecosun Wash right away. As temperatures drop, squirrels and other destructive critters will nest under the panels, and they will damage your roof. I highly recommend Ecosun Wash for the valuable service they provide.
