I had bought a vehicle from this dealership and it came with the Toyota Care- complimentary no-cost maintenance and roadside assistance plan included with the purchase or lease of every new Toyota vehicle. Even though maintenance on the first 25,000 miles or 2 years is "complimentary" someone eats that cost --- whether the cost is rolled into the sticker price or the dealerships are submitting invoices to be reimbursed from Toyota HQ. I told them Saturday that I only had $1000. I understand they needed to see the second vehicle, but come on, they knew what i owed on it and what the minimum they could give for it.
