From the first conversation to the final paperwork, Rob made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the features of the car clearly, and never pressured me into the sale. His commitment to customers even after the sale is wonderful. After purchasing my first car from him at Vineland Hyundai, I did not hesitate to return to Rob after I totaled my car hitting a deer. Months later, I got a flat in a different tire and had to pay to have it entirely replaced. I just discovered an air leak in my other, 3rd tire. Then today, a complete flat in my fourth tire. None of the other drivers in my family have had a single issue with their tires, nor any friends who drive the same areas as myself. I drive carefully and am aware on the roads. Issues with ALL FOUR tires in 1.5 years is NOT normal. I will never, ever consider owning a Hyundai after this. I received attitude on the phone when calling looking for a resolution. The car was given to me this way and now I will be out hundreds of dollars due to incompetence and poor management.

    FYI I gave them 1 star because zero was not an option!…read more I ordered a new a car from them, sale rep was super nice, but Jay the sales manager not so much. The first issue was the price they quoted over price over the phone using a military discount ($500 on a $60K car), but never asked if I was in the military and never told me that was built into the price. The only reason I got the original price is because I stood up and left, literally got in my car before they came out and stopped me from leaving, agreeing to the original price. The second issue was with the title. I ordered the car and waited for it to arrive. The day after arrived the manager was asking me to come close the deal as it was the last two days of the month. I am in sales, so I understood why. The car arrive two weeks early so just to help them out, I had to run to the bank from they closed to pick up a check and drive an 75 minutes to get the car that night as our anniversary was the next day 9/30, so not an option. When we arrive they ask us to sign a power of attorney so they could do the paperwork the next day 9/30 as they did not have a finance manger there to do the paperwork that night. If you recall I ordered the car but we had my wife purchase the car., by mistake they titled the vehicle in my name and processed the loan check in my wife's name. The bank will not accept the title being in a different name than the loan. I called them and informed them of the mistake, but they would not help at all, simple said it was our mistake. I offered to pay the cost of the new title if they would file it. The title costs $70 but to get someone to do it at a title company costs $200-$300. The manager still said no it was not his faught. I called back the next day after looking at all the paperwork, only to see that they did everything in my wife's name except the title and they still would do none. I would never buy a car from them again. If you want to sell cars then have a complete staff on hands. If you want to close deals at the end of the month have a complete staff on hand. If you make a mistake own up to it ands even if you did not, you still offer customer service when it cost you zero dollars. This is my 3rd jeep and I will buy a 4th, but no way I would ever buy one from here again!

The used car manager Mike Caffarelli is an arrogant slimeball. i've approached him twice on cars and both times he was a complete idiot with ZERO business sense and customer skills. I will never, ever recommend anyone to look at Rossi for a car. Service? yes, I will ALWAYS recommend Rossi...but not cars. Take your business elsewhere. There is a technician there named Harold who used to be at Sussman (now Boardwalk) - he was an original Acura tech when the Acura brand started in the US and is an amazing technician. Throughout my time as a Honda product owner, which spans decades...I have never met a technician as proficient as Harold. There have been some good ones but he's the best.

I purchased my new car through the internet sales team, and it was a very pleasant, no-haggle process. They give you the "internet price", which comes out about at the price truecar will tell you to try to get. All the test driving, financing, and completing the process was pleasant and easy. They offered additional services and accessories, but definitely didn't try to up-sell me on these things.
