I recently purchased another Jeep Cherokee from John at J & C. after a month or so I started to hear what I thought was a noise coming from the brakes. I asked them to please take a look at it for me. They put the Jeep on the lift and showed me that the brakes had plenty of life left in them. John said that he would replace them anyway for me to keep me happy and to see if the noise would go away. It worked! I was shocked that he didn't charge me. Great service! We had such a wonderful experience with this family owned and operated dealership! From the moment we met John, we found him to be knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy! We were shopping for a first car for our daughter and he was EXTREMELY patient and helpful! He helped us find her perfect car, a 2009 Nissan Murano that is absolutely gorgeous and fully loaded! He knew our budget and got us a FANTASTIC price! The car had just come in and needed a recall repair, a new mirror, and two headrests. John and his crew took care of everything and communicated daily with us as to the progress! During the process, my father in law fell ill and my husband had to leave for Florida! John checked in with us regarding my father in law's health and that really meant the world to us! I bought a 2007 lexus LS460 back in september 2018,John the proprietor was ok ,we made a deal on the car and he told me that i had a good deal ..until i got back to New York City and seen the car needed some costly repairs.Leaving the dealership on the way back to New York,i get an oil light on saying add oil immediately! i was nervous and went to a service station and had to add a quart of oil ,that was the 1st bad thing. John did mention that it may need some brakes & Rotors so the next day, i got the brakes/rotors dont & the problem still persisted with the vibrating .The mechanic said the upper & lower control arms was shot and needed to be replaced! i had replaced the whole front end!to add insult to injury after that was done, i heard a strange noise in the steering & it was brought to my attention that the rack & pinion had to be replaced,if you dont know how much and electronic rack or a 2007 lexus ls460 please,call lexus & find out.oh,it gets worse...my sunroof wasnt working ,which John told me that it didnt so i ordered a sunroof motor for the sunroof & still that didnt work..my tech found that odd .so he went deeper & found a bunch of wiring that was all ravaged & taken apart which was strange..he noticed IT WAS A BULLET THAT WAS LODGED INTO THE ROOF BY THE WIRES FOLLOWED BY A BULLET HOLE! the sunroof wasnt working because there was a bullet lodged into to sunroof frame which causes the wiring to split..needless to say,the car still burns oil after 1000 miles and i guess im stuck with a car that i dumped a whole bunch of money into..other than the flawless body/interior on this car,this car has a story only the dealership knows. read more

The car buying experience, quality of purchase, and up front service was great. Dealing with the title was a different experience. I understand COVID has slowed things down, but I was told the title would be mailed out to me the next day. I called back 3 days before my temp tag expired and was told they forgot, and they just sent it out via certified mail, and I should have it in a couple days. I waited a couple weeks and called back and they said they usually send everything certified, but for whatever reason they didn't that time (after they told me they did). So he was going to go to the DMV to get another title. Again, I understand this could be a dilemma right now, but when I asked if he got it when he went to the DMV, I was told "the line was too long so I didn't stay. It's an hour to get there, and an hour to get back, so it's a lot for me to go out of my way to get your title".. And then he tried to lay down a guilt trip saying he has tens of thousands of dollars tied up because of the DMV. Mind you, I paid cash. Every time I called back, they gave me an attitude saying they were doing everything they could for me. One of the times I called, I was told he would be back from the DMV at 11.. I waited until 2 to call and when I asked when they thought he would be back, I was responded with "how the hell should I know?! I ain't tracking him" 2.5 months after paying cash for a vehicle, I finally got the title delivered to my house. read more

I went here with my daughter looking for her first car. Debby and Vince were so nice to her and didn't make her feel silly with all the questions she had. Debby even stayed late to make sure we got back from the test drive ok and then passed us along to Vince. There was no pressure, no silly haggling and let me get my manager kind of thing. It was just straight forward. The place is immaculate and well organized. It was the perfect experience for a first time buyer. One star is too good for this place. I was on the CarFax website searching for a Chevy Express van, when I found one for sale by J & C Auto Sales in Vineland NJ. The pictures looked nice for a 2006, with 127,000 miles which was listed for $3,900.00, so I called and spoke to Freddy and asked him to confirm its availability, which he did. I also asked him about the condition as it was at least an 1 hour drive there to see it. The info he gave me on the phone about the condition of it sounded positive enough for my wife and I to go see it and hopefully purchase it. I pulled in to their lot and parked right next to the van. We got out of our car and I went to the office while my wife went to see the van. Here is where... it get's really BAD. I walked in and asked for Freddy, who was there. I stated I'm here to see a van. He said " which one, I've had a few people call today for van's. I replied the silver Chevy Express for $3,900.00. He proceeds to tell me that the price was incorrect and it's $8,900.00. He asked if I saw the price on the windshield. I said no, it's on your website! He replies oh that's not our mistake it's the company that does our web work they made a mistake --it's not his problem. I told him it's not fair that we drove all the way here and now the van is $5,000.00 more! I told him my wife is going to be furious when I tell her and walked out of the office. I went over to my wife and asked if she was ready to leave and she said, what? Then I explained what just transpired. She went over to the office and a guy came out and she said We just drove an hour and spent at least 20 bucks in gas - R U KIDDING ME you owe us compensation like 20 dollars as this is Bull S_IT! He says not my fault that the web guy made a mistake. I said you should check what the web guy does IT's your company and your potential customer is really upset. He again says not my problem and now another guy comes out of the office and I say do you realize this is not right? He says can't help that my web guy made a mistake. I said you know I should right a review about this place. He shrugged his shoulders and said, I don't care and went back inside. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF IT... my opinion --Don't trust buying from them cause "THEY JUST DON'T CARE" read more

Less than a month ago, my grandson purchased a Ford F150 pick up truck from J & C Auto Sales and started to have noise from the front end. I suggested we call John at J & C. When I called, I explained what was happening and asked if you can help since it has been less than a month of use. John explained they have been in business for 30 years by taking care of their customers and yes, we will take care of the problem. They replaced four ball joints and did a alignment at no charge. This is the worst place and very unprofessional. I was talked in to towing my car here by the tow driver that AAA sent. They kept my car for a week. Won't call or return phone calls. I was told two sensors were replaced and they still couldn't get it started so they replaced the gas pedal then the battery and spark plugs. I was charged $1200, the mechanic had to come out and start the car because I couldn't get it started. They told me the cat conv was plugged up and needed to be replaced for another $800. I drove directly to my normal mechanic and he replaced the same two sensors and charged me $300. My car was running fine then. Also nothing is wrong with the cat converter...this company is a fraud and liars!!! I brought the bad parts back and they wouldn't do anything about it and wouldn't even give us the owner's name....AAA is crazy for associating theirselves with this company!!!
