They charge an illegitimate fee called a "Dealer Prep Fee" of $1,295!!!! They waited until after we test drove the car and they did a credit check to tell us! I asked for two hours to sit down and give me their numbers, but they waited until the last 5 minutes of the sale to disclose the 1,295 fee!!! I looked it up, and its not a legitimate fee! Don't pay it!!! They lore you in with a low price of the car online, and then hike it up to raise their profit by calling it a "dealer prep fee"!!!! VERY SHADY!!!! read more

These people are awful. Liars, swindlers, conartists. From the second we walked in they contradicted everything they said. One min they were a brand new business and the next the guys been there for 15 yrs. The car we were interested in one min they just got it even though there had been a thousand miles driven since the sticker price and someone already said they had it a few months. They told my cosigner who has over 800 credit score that they couldn't do certain things because of credit. From the time we first looked at the car until we left the price went up to almost double. Finally after realizing we weren't gonna get a strait answer out of any of them we walked across the street and got a car all paper work done in an hour! Don't waste your time. We wasted 10 hrs all together! read more

They are the worst. I brought my car in because there were problems with the clutch. They said I…read moreneeded a new clutch and it would be $1,200. I didn't have the money at the time and they charged me a "diagnostic" fee to get my car back. Turns out their diagnosis was wrong. I had another mechanic look at it and the clutch was fine, just needed the hydraulics between the pedal and the clutch replaced. Cost was less than half of what Bobbitt wanted. When I called to ask for my diagnosis charge to be refunded they refused. Just steer clear of them.
