So disgusted with the poor service on my 2009 Legacy. Brought it in for a high pitch occasional whistle and car driving a little rough on occasions. That noise went from needing my power steering system flushed (which did not help) to a transmission replacement. My car was in their shop for weeks with the transmission issues that was believed to be the cause of the noise. They had to order a used trans which was covered under my extended car warranty. AFTER installing it, they realized it was the wrong one. They were not able to get another used one but the warranty covered a rebuild. This was suppose to be sent to a reputable trans. shop but I never saw any of the paperwork for it since my car ended up back at Foschi's after the rebuild. Another week without my car but they did lend me a car during that time to be fair. Drove the car with the "rebuilt" trans approx. 50 miles before dash board lights started flashing, traction control, check engine, cruise, AND the transmission light all came on at once. Car drove horribly. Back to the shop. I had several interviews so I rented a reliable car which put me out over $150. I was told my battery was draining my system???? ok. and a wire harness that "might" have come loose during the trans work. Not sure if codes that came up were addressed or not since I was told that the battery was the cause of the readings. Left there feeling someone reserved but optimistic that it was fixed this time even though I was out of an additional $147 for the battery and the code reading(?). Drove the car approx. 20 miles and Bam! Everything on the dash started to flash again. I will have to rent another car for the upcoming week. Back to the shop we go and another $150 out of my pocket for a rental. read more
