They offered to fix, prioritized what needed to be done immediately, informed me of the time that it would take and offered to take me somewhere while I waited. I came back several hours later and was promptly informed of the delay in the delivery of the parts and the unavailability of other parts until Monday. The manager and his staff worked four hours after the close to get me to the point that I could drive on it until the parts came in. They called me on Monday and prioritized the work on Tuesday morning. I was very satisfied with the professionalism, the explanations, and the importance they placed on ensuring that I remained informed. Their manager and staff went beyond my expectations and charged me a fair price. I have nothing but praise. I have been here and other Mavis shops before. I think they are fair and honestly present problems as they arise.

First: They lifted my car without the proper lifts on the car lift smashing the skirts on both sides. Second they claim that 1 Lug nut was miss threaded and that it broke off when they tried to remove it. This has never happened to my car, ever. I have 3 businesses that I use to service my car and I explicitly trust the other 2 service shops. Third: I asked why the "tech" was removing the valve stem on the one tire and he stated that he had damaged it. See where this is going. They charged me for the Lug nut and the valve stem. All of this added up to an up charge of about $90.00. I have never dealt with this kind of poor worksmanship and dishonesty. NEVER AGAIN

I pulled into Monty's, which I knew nothing about, and crossed my fingers for the best. The guys were able to take a look at my car pretty quickly. One of the mechanics came over with a twisted piece of metal he pulled out of my tire. Miraculously, they were able to save the tire with a patch, which only cost me $26. I'm so grateful these guys were able to fix up my tire without the need to purchase a new one. If I lived in the area, these would be my go-to car guys!

I've been a customer for a couple years already for a routine oil change until now. I walked in…read morerecently for an oil change and the mechanic had the cojones to tell me my car needed a new filter and spark plugs when I had already taken care of both things less than a year ago. The spark plugs have less than 15k and the air filter is K&N (a reusable filter). It's such a shame because I liked coming here. They lost a customer after today.
