They showed me the damage to my tires while the car was on the lift. They offered to fix, prioritized what needed to be done immediately, informed me of the time that it would take and offered to take me somewhere while I waited. I came back several hours later and was promptly informed of the delay in the delivery of the parts and the unavailability of other parts until Monday. The manager and his staff worked four hours after the close to get me to the point that I could drive on it until the parts came in. They called me on Monday and prioritized the work on Tuesday morning. I was very satisfied with the professionalism, the explanations, and the importance they placed on ensuring that I remained informed. Their manager and staff went beyond my expectations and charged me a fair price. I have nothing but praise. I have been here and other Mavis shops before. I think they are fair and honestly present problems as they arise.

I go to the Mr. Tire in Woodbury, they are equally super nice and helpful. Excellent value and courteous. They take the time to explain everything to you and have the art of communication, where you do not feel like you're being spoken down to. Really appreciate both locations. I pulled into Monty's, which I knew nothing about, and crossed my fingers for the best. The guys were able to take a look at my car pretty quickly. One of the mechanics came over with a twisted piece of metal he pulled out of my tire. Miraculously, they were able to save the tire with a patch, which only cost me $26.
