I called to find out what hours are least busy to get an oil change and at 8am on Tuesday February 4 and a man who stayed his name was JOE answered the phone like it was his trap house. He was unbelievably rude and disrespectful when asked a simple question then said " If there is a line then you will wait! Then hung up on me! I am filling a complaint with corporate. Today I went in for an oil change they guy up sold me a tire rotation with free brake check.. I had a roach ( small blunt) in my ashtray.. and whoever was in my car stole it smh.. I noticed it was missing halfway home and waited to I got home to do a good check to make sure it didn't fall between the seats or anything.. nope it was gone couldn't even smell it.. it's sad that they would steal something so small when honestly i would've gave it to whoever it was!! Surely we are all familiar with the process of being called out to the garage where a man recommends you rotate your tires and asks whether or not we would like to replace the air filter, etc etc. Stop trying to up-charge. I got in line, It's a set up like a drive through. I waited about 15 minutes until my car got service. I was amazed because I was able to get my oil change while still in the car. The entire service took about 30 minutes (15 wait time, 15 for the service). I recommend that you call ahead to the Jiffy Lube and ask about the prices because when you get there, they work fast. I went there on Monday I was the only car there they never reset my oil mileage light they put the new sticker on top of the old one and they vacuumed the driver side floor not passenger side like really they've been doing half ass work for awhile I just haven't said nothing. read more

We will start out with 3 star service and just say nothing they did after opening up 5 minutes late made me feel otherwise. The service was 3 star, the technicians were average and as always, they tried to upsell. So with that, come here if you want average service from a chain oil change place. The Jiffy Lube in Vineland used to be my go to place for oil changes and maintenance issues. I recently went back after a long absence. I was surprised by the clutter and general mess in the work area. In the past the crew would check my air filter, transmission, differential, wipers and battery. None of that was done. They changed the oil and washed the windows, that was it. There seemed to be more workers than I had ever seen, however I was there for 2 to 3 times the regular wait time in the shop. Have more pride and organize the mess in and outside your shop. read more

I've been coming to this location for almost 8 years. The guys are really nice and the price is always right. I always make sure to have the $5 off coupon with me before I go. Come here for service instead of over-paying at your dealership. Yes, they do recommend add-ons but they aren't pushy at all. Everyone knows that you can buy and install your own air filter, and if you don't then you deserve to get charged for that service. That is their job to ask. They will not force you to buy more if you decline. I got an oil change and was in and out in 10 minutes. read more

Jiffy lube is great for a quick oil change, however, they do like to talk you into one or two extras if they can. Like, high maintenance oil or special air filter. It's sort of an up selling that they do, and I'm sure they have to. Just know what you're going in for, no extras and get r' done (so to speak). read more

Guess what? Transmission fluid is only cherry red when it comes directly out of the bottle. Your transmission will be fine with brownish fluid. Jiffy Lube is also pricey compared to just about anywhere else, and they try to convince you that you're engine is going to spontaneously explode if you don't do some ridiculously over priced service every time you go in. read more

Whilst waiting to get my oil changed they checked my air filters (Which I did not tell them to check) of which the mechanic had no knowledge of removing. He removed the entire assembly of which is now damaged causing me to have to remove the entire assembly whenever the air filter needs to be changed now. To add insult to injury after they added oil back into the engine the mechanic that was underneath the car yelled that he forgot to plug it back up. AFTER THEY STARTED MY ENGINE. I recently went to this Jiffy Lube from the spam in my mail. First time and probably the last time I ever go to this crappy place. They tried to upsell the crap out of my visit. BS after BS.... They told me that my radiator cap had zero pressure, and I would need a radiator flush (I recently changed my radiator, coolant, cap, and thermostat 3 weeks ago)- ..then stated that my car needs new differential fluid without checking the fluid...(had it changed with synthetic 3k ago), then states that my air filter is dirty and needs replacement...hmm...(pretty white filter that I installed from toyota). Oh BTW, I would need 59.00 premium oil or higher priced oil change. (Hmm ask any mechanic, if you are changing your oil every 3k with anything other than oil, you are burning a hole in your wallet.) Looking at reviews from other visitors from other Jiffy lubes, I better check that they didn't over/under -fill the oil and didn't try causing problems like removing the overflow tube, or bending the radiator cap. If you aren't mechanically savvy, you might want to avoid this place. read more

It was late and I needed my oil changed. First of all, when I got there, the man asked me if he could buy my car before I even got out of my seat. Um...ok. As anyone whose had their oil changed before knows, they try to up sell the crap out of a oil change. I wasn't having any of it. I got my oil changed and as I was driving off I noticed my glove compartment was broken. The part that latches it was sitting on my passenger seat. Beyond frustrated, I just drove off and got someone to fix it for me. It's not until I got my oil changed again (not at Jiffy lube) to notice that my oil plug was stripped so bad that my car was leaking oil. I was always low on oil and couldn't figure out why. Needless to say, if a company is more worried about quantity rather than quality, I'd much rather wait for a business to take their time and not mess up my car. I usually do my own regular maintenance on my car but since I've been busy recently and didn't have the time I decided to have someone else do it quickly so I went to Jiffylube in Vineland. The staff was friendly and helpful except they did things to my engine without asking me verbally first. They checked my air-filter and other fluids (couldn't tell me first of course). Later they go over items that they checked (without asking me) and told me that if I wasn't going to clean my K&N air filter that they could replace it. That's sort of silly, but whatever he was just offering and thats ok. The reason why I would never go to Jiffy Lube again or recommend it to others is the fact that they never securely tightened the clamps on the air duct on my engine. Didn't find out until 5 days later when I saw it under the hood. The duct was completely off the engine block and wasn't pushing much air in at all. This would never happened if they didn't touch it. Get better manners and business practices Jiffy Lube and ask you customers first! read more
