Jason Bender in service is amazing. He has taken care of us on numerous occasions throughout our time with our last two Hondas. Always accomodating and courteous. Picture perfect representative of the business. The used car manager Mike Caffarelli is an arrogant slimeball. i've approached him twice on cars and both times he was a complete idiot with ZERO business sense and customer skills. I will never, ever recommend anyone to look at Rossi for a car. Service? yes, I will ALWAYS recommend Rossi...but not cars. Take your business elsewhere. There is a technician there named Harold who used to be at Sussman (now Boardwalk) - he was an original Acura tech when the Acura brand started in the US and is an amazing technician. Throughout my time as a Honda product owner, which spans decades...I have never met a technician as proficient as Harold. There have been some good ones but he's the best. read more

I requested a wheel alignment. I picked up the car and drove off and immediately had return to the shop as they had not done the wheel alignment although they charged for it. Very disappointing. Beware. I had a good impression until this happened. read more

I go to Rossi Honda for service, and I have recently purchased a new car there. The service department has always been great, with prompt appointments, good customer service, and they'll always give a few dollars off if they have a "coupon" available. I purchased my new car through the internet sales team, and it was a very pleasant, no-haggle process. They give you the "internet price", which comes out about at the price truecar will tell you to try to get. All the test driving, financing, and completing the process was pleasant and easy. They offered additional services and accessories, but definitely didn't try to up-sell me on these things. read more

I was told there not very busy so now would be a good time for service. 800.00 and six hours later the brakes were ok. They do put out free pretzels however I've watched a salesperson touch every pretzel in the box as he grabbed small pieces of pretzel every twenty minutes, the phone charging station didn't work. So if you find yourself here don't eat the pretzels and bring several books. read more

We needed a car. After our two Fords died tragic deaths, we knew we wouldn't be purchasing Fords. I guess we knew we weren't going to be purchasing Bentleys or Lamborghini s either. Other than that, however, we were open to anything. We checked out two places before we came here. We were warmly greeted by the salesman. It turns out he was a neighbor of my wife's family. The whole experience was casual and friendly. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. They had a good selection. We test-drove one car that interested us. We chatted a it. We said we wanted to check out another dealer. We came back after that and purchased the car. Despite our bank being closed, they were more than agreeable to let us take the car for $100. We declined, but were impressed. Because we paid cash, signing the papers was painless and friendly. They answered our questions and we look forward to being part of the Rossi/Honda families. read more

My 2010 Honda Insight which I purchased in June 2015 was making a grinding noise. Rossi Honda told me it happens and to drive it 5k more miles to work out the kinks. It's now 6k later and the grinding noise is now embarrassingly loud and it looks like it might be bad alignment and or brakes. No one knows really but they do know it will be about $450 to take a look.. Just go to Pep Boys at least there you know they'll be rude from the beginning and tell you like it is. Honda Japan makes great cars. Honda USA makes headaches. read more

Do NOT go here! Wrong parts ordered, car took 3 weeks to get finished when it should have taken a week max! When I finally got my car back, the passenger side seatbelt was not attached and of course, I didn't notice this until I had a passenger so they had to sit in the back seat for the whole trip. To make it worse, there was a lack of sincere apology for this huge inconvenience. I would look elsewhere for a Honda dealership. read more

Great response from Rossi when my transmission went on my 2014 Honda accord which was only 6000 miles out of warranty. While the dealer who I purchased the car from provide absolutely NO help with getting Honda to work with me, even though we saw on the internet that Honda has problems with this transmission, Rossi was able to diagnose the problem and get Honda to provide a one time good will repair at minimal cost to me. Basically just charging for the new warranty for the transmission. Could not be happier with their service, nice people all around from Jason in the service department to Diane in the car rental area, and Mark who provided the help with Honda. Will be using this dealer for all my service needs going forward and will recommend this dealer to all of our friends and family as well. Nice to deal with an Honest Dealership, they have a happy customer and hopefully many more from the people I will recommend to them. Nothing more important than good customer service. Rossi is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Alex Arena their Internet Sales Manager was extremely helpful and honest. These are rare attributes in car sales people these days. He gives you the best car price up front via an email within 20 minutes. This saves a tremendous amount of time in car shopping. Most dealers will make you come in to their dealership and hold you their for hours to get a price quote. I was at a Honda dealership on Tilton Road in Egg Harbor Township for 2 1/2 hours just to get a price quote and a trade in price on my vehicle. Alex is quick, trustworthy and professional. The purchasing process takes only 1/2 an hour. It takes sometimes half a day in other dealerships. Also Mike Cassetta their Sales Manager was very helpful and completed the sales closing paperwork with us quickly and professionally. He is their Sales Manager and is cross trained to fill in for the Business Manager to make the buying process as painless as possible. My wife and I were very happy with the dealership and would highly recommend them over any other Honda dealerships in the state of New Jersey. In fact they had the lowest new car prices in comparison to 19 other Honda dealers that I shopped in New Jersey. read more

Recently tried to buy a new 2016 Pilot, but like all other dealers in the Philly area, they are charging full retail. No reason to drive an hour to Rossi if they are charging the same as everyone else. Even Rossi admits that most of their business is out of the area because they have better prices (not anymore)than their competitors. I even sent the owner, Ron Rossi, an email regarding their new "full MSRP" pricing policy, and did not even get a response. You would think that a customer that has purchased his last three vehicles, brand new, from them, would get a better deal than full sticker price. Think again. I ended up buying the new Toyoda Highlander, which was a better choice for me anyway, and no, I did not pay sticker-not even close. So if money is no object, and you don't mind that their selection is pretty poor (they didn't have the model I was looking for and took them over a month to get one in), this is the perfect dealer for you. Don't say I didn't warn you. read more
