I never went back, I was so offended and shocked by my experience, especially since she was recommended by my other local doctor. I shared by experience with that referring doctor and she was surprised. I needed a quick PCP last year since I now have an HMO and went with CAMC. Whatever. You don't see the doctor usually. I got Dr. Doran again though and she's just cold w/o a bedside manner. You can't even ask her if flu shots are worth it because there are 2 different schools of thought. Just nothing there. You can't engage and the staff sometimes gets a little tangled but I've seen worse. I hope they can improve because the staff and nurses have potential :-)

Insurance process was easy as well. Someone came to me instead of me having to go to another desk. I was moved to a quiet single room on 5th floor . My nurse Elyse was AMAZING. very kind and personable. The doctor situation was not as wonderful. I was only seen 1 time in the 32 hours I was there and I had to really push to get the doctor to come to my room. She seemed unfamiliar with my chart/case even though I had been there all that time. Didn't leave me with a good feeling.. I'm giving 4 stars because the nurses are the stars!!!!!! wish I could give 5 but not one for the doctor. Sorry.

It's a huge convenience that they have X-ray service to avoid a separate hospital trip. As seasonal nomads we have challenges accessing our usual providers. Staff are friendly, compassionate and clinically thorough. Wish they offered primary care since we love the providers.
