I feel lucky to have found Dr. Waugh when I first moved to the North Shore 4 years ago. I have…read morenever waited more than 10 minutes from the moment I walk in and Dr. Waugh takes her time to get to know your symptoms and explain your options in plain English and I never feel like I am rushed through an appointment. She is easy to talk to and she genuinely seems to care about your health/comfort when you're ill or being examined. The staff is friendly and helpful and the office is very clean and neat. While you may have to schedule routine appointments well in advance (3 months or more for physical), any time I have been sick and needed an appointment quickly, I was scheduled immediately. I hope to be a patient here for as long as possible. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Waugh and her associates to all of my friends. You'll be hard pressed to find a more caring and competent PCP.

Please reconsider visiting Dr. Michael J. Zachareas. Both my wife and I were his patients, and my…read morewife underwent two surgeries annually for several years, which seemed excessive. After switching doctors, she hasn't needed surgery in over four years. During my time with Dr. Zachareas, I had monthly appointments, but now I only see my new urologist once a year. This experience raises concerns about the necessity of the treatments he recommended. He's a biller, he's going to have you in as much as possible, and keep you going. And finally his arrogance is unparalleled, I first starting seeing him at a low point in my life, he's talking about his new 5k watch, literally flexing in front of me, and talking about himself saying he could have done anything he wanted in life as a career because of how smart he was. I'd go to literally anyone else.

I would NEVER go to this DR. (NO LET ME SAY- GUY) again!!!…read more My appointment was with Dr. Dennis Stoler. I feel I was forgot about in an exam room... I checked in with the front desk staff (some polite- some snappy) at approximately 2:40pm for a 3:10pm new patient appointment. I did not leave the building until approximately 4:45pm... Even though I made my appointment approximately 2-3 weeks prior with Dr. Stoler, I was being basically completely examined by some sort of medical assistant (she was pleasant but didn't even state her title to me- I had no clue what her credentials were in order to pour thick yellow liquid in my eyes). When Dr. Stoler finally did come into the room, he shined some lights in my eyes and said nothing was wrong. I then asked for a prescription for eyeglasses he said "No, not at this appointment because you were an emergency add on...Oh wait... Let me check before I speak to fast (he looked over some notes).... Ok, I can give you a prescription".... I almost LOST it!!! NOT ONLY did I wait in that office for 2 hours to literally see this dude for 7-10 minutes, he then wants to deny me a prescription for eyeglasses because he thinks I'm an emergency add on.. And of course this is due to him examining me so late in the day- BECAUSE I WAS FORGOT ABOUT!!!!! WOW- Do not go here!!! I got a few smiles from the staff here and there- But overall they are unfriendly, don't know what they are doing and the wait time is to long for doctors of... well .....Dr. Stoler's caliber.... IF YOU NEED AN EYE SPECIALIST GO TO A DIFFERENT DR. THAT CAN HANDLE THEIR PATIENT LOAD AND ONE THAT IS AT LEAST ORIENTED TO THE TIME/DAY/PRESIDENT....
