I asked when I could be seen again and they offered me an appointment a week away. When I explained I would be starting chemo the day before and that might not work, the receptionist said, "I'm confused, do you want an appointment here or not?" I have never in my life seen a doctor leave before the time an appointment started, and without even calling to say she was planning to leave if we did not arrive soon.
