I called on a Friday and got an appointment for that Monday Dr. Fisher. The process was very simple and the staff at the front desk was lovely. I wouldn't go so far as to say a trip to the podiatrist to remove part of your toenail is a good time. And my foot would painfully disagree with me this evening as well. But as far as painful procedures go, this was a wonderful experience. Dr Fisher talked me through the whole process. She kept me distracted by talking without making me feel like she was doing so. If I ever have a need to go to a podiatrist again, I know where I'll go.

I had to have the top of a blister removed. Dr Peter gave me no information such as what it would feel like, no local anesthesia and no instructions on aftercare. The worst though is one member of the office who is rude both on the phone and in person for no apparent reason. If you work in a dr office you are often dealing with people, sick, in pain or scared. It would be nice if she would either be nicer or leave.

Thankfully someone left a chair in my condo basement to rest in before I got into the elevator. I barely made it to .y unit shaking so fiercely. The boot he gave me did more damage I swear!! My feet are very small and moved around. He should try them out. My recovery was supposed to be 6-8 weeks. Bullshit Matthew!!. I was caught in some truck traffic jam. My foot is in need of repair and-- my left knee needs replaced. He is VERY experienced and he was extremely thoughtful in how to explain my situation without talking over my head. ALL he said and did make GREAT sense to me. We can try the nonsurgical method of treatment after the knee is put in. If I needed a more complicated procedure, he openly/honestly said it could be done-- although a colleague Surgeon of his, who is experienced with that procedure, he would recommend to me. We both agreed to try the less invasive first...and THAT being done AFTER I got the new knee. He told me to talk it over with my knee surgeon 1st and see if he agreed. I did..and my Knee surgeon is in total agreement with Dr. Conui's assessment and gave him high praises for such an accurate, well educated & honest opinion. I had a problem come up with my foot seemingly out of nowhere and they were able to get me in for an appointment within a few days. The office is updated and clean, the staff were all down to earth and professional. Dr. Dalrymple was able to quickly resolve my issue for me and made some footwear recommendations to help with preventing another flare up. I've since received the new items based on her recommendations and they're some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I'll likely be going back to look at orthotics going forward soon, but had an all around great experience at this office and would definitely recommend going in.
