I did not have a podiatrist, I called my PCP for a recommendation. He referred me to Dr Richard Eisner. I called his office. the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I was given an immediate appointment due to the circumstances. Dr Eisner took xrays to rule out any fractures, then he treated my injury ( I won't go into the details ). Dr. Eisner is extremely thorough, gentile and informative. An expert in his field. I have been to many podiatrist over the years and he is the best. I would and do recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you Dr Eisner for taking such good care of me and my left foot! :)

At 2:55 pm I now had anETA of 3:10 so I called the Podiatrist office to say what happened and that I would be 10 min late. Denise, who answered the phone told me, (in a not so nice tone) "well, if you're going to be late then we have to cancel this appointment. Besides, you should have been here earlier anyway." So my appointment was really at 2:45? That's info I could have used! I stated that I can not wait another 30 days so I am going to have to look elsewhere. She quickly responded, " That's fine!" I have learned that if I speak with any of the female employees, my blood pressure goes up! When I speak to the nurse, she contradicts herself so much, that it is beyond worrisome. When I ask the front desk where can I find a patient I dropped off earlier, she tells me to "Go upstairs." I have to explain to her that we're on the first floor and there are many floors above us so to say "Go upstairs " is exceptionally vague. It takes real effort to get them to answer basic questions. I've been a longtime client but I'm tired of all this nonsense and I'm going to find a new PCP!
