Absolutely amazing, Dr. Sharon Thompson is simply the best! Came with an issue with one of my toe nails which was bothering me for over 5 years a lot of money spend on all kids of procedures. It took a total of 3 or 4 visits and we decided the best option was to get it removed and regrow healthy. Procedure was paint free and professionally done. After banging my foot while moving a few months ago, I noticed one toenail about to fall off about 6 weeks ago and thought "this is going to be ugly". I searched online for some sort of temporary nail since it will also be pedicure season soon, and such a thing actually DOES exist: the Keryflex nail restoration (look it up, there is a cool video on the company's website). My nail eventually fell off, and while it isn't pretty, it is fortunately on a small toe and only half the nail. But then I started thinking that if dermatologists have medical facials, do podiatrists have medical pedicures? Yes, they do and you can get one right here with Dr. Thompson! I take good care of my feet, try to use good moisturizers throughout the winter and scrub those calluses while in the shower, but I decided I needed professional help and wanted a professional to verify that my half-nail looked "OK". Dr. Thompson has online booking, but I sent a message through the website first as I wasn't sure if a new patient needed to do anything first before booking? She replied back in about 15 minutes (on a weekend!) so I booked online for a few days later. I live in Boston, but in the middle of a weekday it was a really quick drive and her office is right off Route 3. I had so many questions, and how often do you find yourself sitting with a podiatrist who is a wealth of info?? Final Result: my feet are SO SOFT, there is no way that any salon could have tackled my calluses in the same way. She used both a scalpel and a drill (fear not, everyone) and now I have 10 normal looking toes (well, 9.5) and feet so soft it has been decades since they have felt this way. Since I give my feet a break every winter from pedicures and polish, this is definitely what I will do each fall and spring to get my feet back in shape. Fortunately I don't have any other foot issues right now, but if I do I know who to call!! read more

I've been going to Ace Feet for my foot issues for quite a while now and I'm so glad I found Shannon! She's professional, very knowledgeable and super caring. I have had fungus on my toenails for several years and I have finally found a solution to the unpleasant look of my toenails. I go in for Keryflex treatments every 8 weeks, and it has really helped with my confidence. I'm able to wear flip flops in the summer and paint my nails. Wonderful experience at Ace Feet with Dr. Shannon Thompson. My orthotics were only picked up Saturday and already all pain has gone and my feet feel great! I broke the nail on my big toe in half horizontally in Oct. of 2020. As the nail grew back it became ingrown and was causing a lot of pain to the point it was impacting my sleep. I went to another Podiatrist in Dec and January. My foot hurt more after visiting him than before. My only relief was cutting the corner off but relief was short lived and meant the toe nail was never growing that corner out. In desperation I booked an appointment with Dr. Thompson at Ace feet. I had immediate relief after the first visit. I went to see her about once a month. Lately, I'd been hesitant to get pedicures from my local nail salon, since some of my toenails are thick, soft, and oddly-shaped, and pose a challenge for the average nail tech. I went to Ace Feet after my chiropractor told me that my gait was causing my back pain. Dr. Thompson performed a detailed gait analysis and then fitted me with orthotics, both for my work shoes as well as my sneakers.
