This company is a huge scam. I placed an order on their website on 10/12/2024 and have not received my items. I have tried both phone numbers 1 seems to be disconnected and the other the line constantly is busy. This company is playing in people gave and playing with their money. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! June 25th I ordered a hat organizer from this company. They advised there would be a short delay due to COVID. Here we are 70 days and multiple emails to the company later and I keep getting the same delay response. Occasionally they've stated my item will be shipped out soon. Examples: July 7th: "Please allow a couple more days before your order gets shipped." July 29th: "Upon checking, your order is currently worked by our production staff to be fulfilled which should be shipped out in a week or two." Aug. 23rd: "I have reached out to our fulfillment staff to check on the status of your order and to be shipped as soon as possible." They've refused a refund and the item I ordered is no longer even available on their website. They also stated they were "making" my order when the item I ordered stated it was a New Era branded hat organizer so apparently they're manufacturing items and putting other companies logos on them. I could have set fire to my money and gotten the same result: nothing. The only thing I'm happy about is that I didn't buy anything else from them or spend any more money. I'll be reporting them to the BBB as well. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Wish I could give ZERO stars. I ordered over 4 weeks ago. Been seeing plenty of posts on Instagram of all the fun they're having yet they won't take the time to answer a customers email, text, or messages on social media. I ordered blank hats, not sure why they wouldn't have been sent by now. Zero Communication. Asked for a refund. Still no communication. They Finally emailed me back today after 3 weeks of not getting back to me. Only to say that the hats will be made in 2-3 weeks, THEN shipped. When I requested to cancel and refund, they said no because they were already making the hats....even though they previously said they will start making them in 2-3 weeks. Terrible customer service, I ordered a hat over 2 months ago which was supposed to be a gift. I have reached out to the company 4 times by email and twice by phone. I finally asked to cancel the order and be refunded my money .. which I had to call twice to make that clear, I was told the "boss" would have to review that request and submit the refund & that someone would send me an email later that day when that was done. I never received that confirmation, instead I got an email stating my order should ship soon in the next 1-2 weeks. This was not a custom order & I cannot understand why it would take so long. I'll update the review on the quality of the item if I ever receive the hat . Update: I finally received the hat I ordered, the quality of it is good, no complaints there. Well more on this shitty company... As I wrote they have terrible customer service but now we discover that the hat they sent us is counterfeit 5950! We compared it to the many hats we already own and it is missing the MLB tag on the back the materials are much different and cheap looking. The first sign was the hat size is off. it is smaller than all the other 5950 hats my son has. All the real 5950 hats fit great and all are the exact same.
