We were working on a project for Christmas over the phone and email. We had an appointment for me to drop off the items for the embroidering. When I arrived, there was no answer at the door. I also called and left a message on voicemail that I had been there, and have yet to receive a return call with an apology, explanation or honest refusal that she couldn't perform the job for whatever the reason was. So we had to come up with a backup plan for Christmas due to the lack of professionalism. The initial contact I made was returned days later, so I should have known to choose someone else to complete the job. Prices were also on the higher side but I was initially drawn to her to give business to a local home/faith based business. My recommendation - consider a place with a storefront, there are many local reliable options available that are also more cost effective.
