Handwashing does not happen. I have witnessed countless cross contaminations, and it's just gross. Going from the register to the cafe section, using unwashed fingers with ultra long nails to reach into bins to grab ingredients for the smoothies, adjust her pants, grab a sticky bun with bare fingers, then back to the register to handle cash, and back to the cafe to make food again. Ack. This particular worker was friendly, albeit flighty and seemed to have had a past medical issue contributing to her disorganization and lack of attention to detail. Probably some training would be helpful, and oversight from the management. There was a younger woman restocking, but she couldn't be bothered to step in and help when it was busy, with customers wanting to check out while food and smoothies were being made. They have fry sauce or ketchup. You can eat inside at booths, outside at picnic tables, or do drive thru. They have a large parking lot. They close at 8:00 on the dot; they should stay open later for locals or people visiting local parks, sites, and Lake Powell.
