My family stopped by here and our way to the National Parks and are so glad that we did. As my dad said, "this was the best meal of our trip so far", comparing it to fine dining in Seattle. Circle D is a relatively small establishment overall, and so we had to wait for a table for about 20 minutes or so. The owners and a young waitress whom they had hired a couple weeks before were the only front staff. All of them were very friendly. As far as the food, we ordered the smoked tuna Niçoise salad, the bone-in pork chop, and the lemon chicken. We also had the truffle fries for an appetizer. The TRUFFLE FRIES were super flavorful and packed with umami flavors. The cheese was perfectly melted on top giving it an extra rich and savory flavor. The SMOKED TUNA NICOISE SALAD was also excellent. The fish had a well-rounded smoky taste and the salad was HUGE. All of the vegetables were extremely fresh and crisp; they included tomato, avocado, red radish, green beans, and olives.
