Great food and great service. What was even better is that the price were very reasonable. The other nice thing is it is a very dog friendly establishment Enjoyed the trip and the dinner. The views are amazing from the outdoor deck

WOW! So delightful, we absolutely LOVED eating here! We had some incredible appetizers (mushrooms with sausage and the beets) and the entrees were ON POINT (we got the new york, rib eye, and filet). The bread pudding was to die for! The service was wonderful and we even got to meet the local kitty. Great spot, would 100000% recommend it for anyone looking for some spectacular food!

Located off the beaten path, this hidden gem was a pleasant surprise. Their farm-to-table concept with locally sourced fresh vegetables, fruits, meats are healthy & very tasty. Beautiful scenery, friendly service , cozy ambiance. We really had a wonderful time. Reservation only. Open Fri-Sun. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem with amazing view and tasty food!!! Was nervous on our way there- it's a 3-mile detour on our way from Capitol reef to Tropic. It's well hidden in trees and mountain. It's totally worth the drive! Didn't try their famous burger- heard beef from their own ranch. But everything we ordered is amazing! It's attached to ranch guest house. Wish we knew this place earlier and could have chosen to stay here! Next time!!!

It is spacious inside with large tables and a friendly, welcoming staff. I had a margarita with my lunch; only one though because I was driving. It wasn't strong but was tasty enough. The beers are mostly domestic with only one micro brew selection but there were plenty of national brand choices. The food was home made and not bad for bar food. I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top. It was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste and the flavors didn't really work well together. Maybe without the mustard I would have liked it more. Not a bad place for a rest stop or a reasonable local hang out as well with some decent food.

The space itself is beautiful, with very high ceilings that make it feel open and elegant. The ambiance is especially stunning at night, with the chandelier reflections creating such a cozy and elevated atmosphere. The service was excellent. We tried their specialty drinks along with the beef stir-fry fajita, burger and fries, and egg bowls. Everything was very fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly spiced, with generous portions that were really satisfying. In the morning, we chose to sit outside since the weather was so nice, and it was absolutely worth it. The views are beautiful, and enjoying breakfast in the sunlight made the experience even more special. Overall, great food, lovely ambiance, and amazing service. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

I guess compared to others whose reviews stated it took too long to receive their food, we should consider ourselves lucky (?). But we weren't even halfway through the salad when our entrees were delivered. Then we were halfway through our entrees when we were asked if we'd like dessert. Nope thanks. Bing bang boom, 23 minutes. Salad was soggy, like it had been sitting in the dressing for a while, not freshly tossed. Short rib ($39) and accompanying polenta were very dry (heat lamp much?). Pappardelle ($32) was just ok. This place SHOULD be amazing. For folks staying in the domes it's a no-brainer, and outsiders are intrigued by the fun vibe. But for one sad salad, 2 just-ok entrees, 2 sodas, no alcohol and no dessert, the total tab was $90 not including tip. And the full dining experience was less than 30 minutes. Don't waste your time. If you want to experience the dome, grab a drink at the bar. Then take a 10 minute drive up the road to Stone Hearth Grille for an amazing meal. Two stars for interesting ambiance and a very friendly server.

We missed the live music since we arrived so early to snag a seat (place fills quickly!) FOOD: Popcorn provided as a snack-- yum! We ordered the steak and ribs, which were both good. The steak was simply seasoned but cooked medium rare as requested and tender. The ribs were tender (not quite fall-off-the-bone but easy to eat) and the barbecue sauce was tasty with a bit of a kick. We could each choose two sides, so we chose soup (red pepper and Gouda, like a tasty spin on tomato soup) and loaded baked potato (well done!) for the steak, and mashed potatoes (served broccoli instead, but it's fine) and onion rings (tasty & crispy). Condiments including ketchup, A1 sauce and mayonnaise were all on the table for easy access. SERVICE: Very nice and attentive. OVERALL: Very good choice among the relatively limited options nearby. Seats do fill up quickly. We missed the live music but were seated with the first seating without a wait, so we were content.

The Fried Pickles were amazing. The batter on them remained crispy and crunchy even halfway through our entrees. It was paired with this creamy horseradish-y sauce, and it worked so well. The pretzel was a bit on the saltier side for my liking but my fiance and his dad loved them! We all ordered steaks for dinner, because that's what they specialize in. They even have a grill for you to cook your own steak on!! Unfortunately it was broken when we dined in, but honestly i'm glad because I cannot cook for the life of me haha. The steaks were all cooked to our liking and tasted amazing. I also wanted to point out our amazing server Gabby. She was so sweet and truly made our experience 100x better. It's about a 25-minute drive out, so not super close. When we got there, I hesitated walking in at first because of a sign saying it's a bar, so I had to double-check we were in the right spot. Turns out, they do serve food, but since it's a bar, no one under 21 is allowed--just a heads up if you're traveling with kids. The menu has local meats from Kanab, and I went with the half rack of ribs. The fries came with a salad where you can add your own toppings -- huge portion and pretty tasty. The ribs were super tender and fell right off the bone. The fries were crispy, which was nice. My husband got the 12 oz ribeye with potatoes, and he got to add his own toppings too. The garlic roll was kinda meh--nothing special. The beer on tap was cold and refreshing, but my Pepsi was flat. Overall, it was a good meal with friendly service. If im ever in the area I would visit again . One thing that stood out to me was the worn out carpet tiles . The place is pretty big, and the tables were placed along the sides ( due to it being a bar first , I guess they need all the open space) -- a new floor update would make it feel much more inviting! If you're in the area and craving steak and ribs , it's worth a visit. :)
