This is a charming place, you order from the cute cottage and collect your food from the turquoise blue chevy Bluebird bus. We sat outside on the patio with shade from a converted barn like shed. My experience with 4th West was excellent and I do recommend this pub whenever you're going through Escalante, Utah. One thing, they do not open until 5PM.

They each came with a generous amount of mushrooms and jalepenos. The burgers were deliciously charred and juicy. The fries were fresh and crispy with a great sauce. They are known for thick shakes and this was no lie. We devoured the chocolate shake in record time. Soooo thick but so creamy and it really hit the spot. This fun drive thru offers burger baskets that are served with fries and of course the famous Utah fry sauce. For those not in the mood for a burger, they also serve chicken, pork, and seafood baskets. Most importantly order that milkshake!
