I really enjoyed my salad but needed probably 4x the dressing and they never check on you. So I had to go back to the front to keep asking for more. They also locked the doors on us while we were still inside eating - I think they were trying to close but that seems weird to do to customers. My husband didn't seem to care for his sandwich but my daughter loved hers and loved her Thai tea as well. She loved her raspberry lemonade sorbet as well but none of us cared for the flight of ice cream we tried. The juniper berry tastes like cleaning product and the lemon poppyseed is too on the nose - literally tastes like the muffin instead of a dessert really. We stopped in for some specialty coffee and breakfast to go on the recommendation of friends who had visited the weekend prior. The place is clearly popular and besides coffee they have a very nice breakfast menu and you can dine in. I ordered some lattes , an almond croissant and breakfast burrito to go. The coffees took about ten minutes which seemed kinda long regardless of the 3 coffee orders in front of me. I was also a bit disappointed at the lukewarm temp after an immediate sip. I will say flavor though was excellent despite it being not hot. The breakfast burrito took about 20 minutes, so if you are in a hurry this is not the place to go, it's more of a sit down and relax style place. The Wild Rabbit is a fantastic spot to grab breakfast in Torrey! We stopped here instead of eating at our hotel, and it was the best decision we made all day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While it looks like a small storefront when driving past, they have a lot of nice seating in the space next door where you can grab a table by big windows and enjoy the sunshine while you eat their delicious food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We wanted just a simple breakfast, so we ordered off the "bunny menu" of sides, getting scrambled eggs, chorizo, and toast. We also got a cappuccino and drip coffee. The eggs were cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the chorizo was especially delicious. The cappuccino was really outstanding, one of the smoothest and least acidic ones I've had. We were there early enough that my husband snagged a discount chocolate croissant from the basket near the register. There aren't many options in Torrey so we gave this place a try for breakfast. The coffee, I believe from the roaster next to the shop, was definitely good. Had a berry pastry that was tasty and we also had a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich ingredients were good but the biscuit it was served on was hardly enough to consider a sandwich. Spent the night in Bicknell, and needed breakfast on our way to Moab. There isn't much selection in the area. This place was rated the highest, so we gave it a try. And the ratings were right. We had the egg scramble with bacon, rosemary breakfast potatoes, and toast with homemade jam. It was all excellent. Perfect spot for breakfast to get fueled for a long day at the park. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and selection of food, even though it's a small cafe. Ordered a slice of each of the quiches of the day and a monkey bread muffin from the pastry bar. The quiches were full of flavor and the crust was perfectly flaky and crisp. The slices were a bit on the small side, and I could've eaten two on my own, they were that delicious. The monkey bread was a surprising favorite! I ordered it on a whim, but it was sticky, delicious, and a perfect way to round out the breakfast. They also have a great selection of coffees and teas to get your caffeine fix. Service was a little on the slow side, but we weren't expecting it to be super speedy given the small place. The restaurant is connected to a few shops, and it was nice to walk around and explore during the wait. I'm not sure how this place is rated so highly, maybe we ordered the wrong items. Breakfast plate: potatoes had good flavor but were not crispy. Bacon however was very crispy. Avocado toast; I have never received avocado toast that is literally just avocado on toast. Like when SpongeBob makes a salad for the first time. I do not expect much in the way of good food while in a park town. However, the breakfast at the Rabbit was excellent. The first day, I had a basic breakfast- scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast with jelly, and coffee. The eggs were seasoned! The potatoes were also seasoned, with rosemary! The bacon was crisp and the toast had plenty of butter. They have some specialty coffees, but I stuck to basic coffee. It had a good mild flavor, not too strong. This breakfast sustained me for a 14 mile hike at Capitol Reef. I came back the next day and had the scramble (with peppers, onion, cheese mixed in the eggs). It was also excellent and flavorful. Service is at the counter where you order. They bring out the food, but you have to go back to the counter for coffee refills. They also had some great looking pies (personal size), but I was headed to the Gifford House. Had it not been Pi day, I would have bought one from the Rabbit. For food I ordered the simple "Fluffle" which is just a biscuit (house made) sliced in half with a sausage patty inside; I added pepper jack cheese as well. Let me tell you, this biscuit sandwich was awesome. The biscuit was soft and light, the sausage patty was BIG and it had lots of flavor and saltiness, the sandwich didn't need any sauce or anything. So, so, so good. Did it take an hour to get my food? Yep, and unfortunately I'm not exaggerating. It took exactly 30 minutes of just standing in line to place my order, then I got my latte in 10 minutes and the food took another 20. If you're on a schedule, this probably isn't the place for you, but if you're not worried about time, I 100% recommend it. read more

Despite how busy it was, the service was good, and the staff was all really friendly. Our food also came out pretty quickly which was nice. For the food itself I wasn't completely blown away, but I think it's just what I ordered. I got a biscuit breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was really good, but the rest of it was just okay. I wish I would have gotten the biscuits and gravy. A few got the breakfast burritos and really liked those! Ordered When Pigs Fly sandwich that was supposed to have a tomato coated in cornmeal and fried. Got the sandwich and just a plain very thin slice of tomato on it and 2 tiny strips of bacon.
