Even though I ordered online, the designated store that sent me the goods is this one so I wanted to thank all the staff members who help make the online ordering process swift and seamless. Delivery on both was faster then comparable items on Amazon Prime. And literally the savings they have going on cannot be turned away! I drove here to see if I could buy a few bottles and to my surprise, I found it no where. I looked for someone to help and a lady at fabrics offered. She was super helpful at assisting me find what I was looking for. Unfortunately we didn't find anything related to what I needed in her department so she advised me to ask the front for help. I thanked her and went to the front to find someone that could possibly pull it up in their system. I asked a cashier if they could help and she referred me to another woman walking the front with an iPad. I told her what I was looking for and she didn't have a clue. I mentioned to her that I had the skew number provided from the website and she replied, "that would tell me anything, I can't find it that way". Not totally her fault but if their website states they have plenty in stock it should have an isle number and section to where you can find it. Totally not the case here. Super frustrated with the whole situation so I left. Unfortunately they will not get me business today and it wasn't totally the employees fault but they do need to either find or figure out where their products are.

Well-stocked in fabrics and crafts. We were able to find most everything we were looking for. The…read moreproblem was with the employees. Not with customer service--the staff were kind and helpful--seemingly with a low regard for the safety and well-being of their customers. Of the four that we saw, three were not wearing masks and were standing around chatting without their masks on. Even when we asked for help, one of the employees kept hers off until we were ready to checkout, then she found it appropriate to put it on. (Could be due to forgetting as it was hanging on her ear, lack of training or not being stressed the importance of mask usage in the workplace). This seems to be an issue; there is no shortage of fabric in the store, yet most of the employees are not able to place a small piece of fabric on their face even when interacting with customers. We will probably do most of our shopping online from now on as we did not feel comfortable in our interactions with the Jo-Ann team, and craft supplies are cheaper on Amazon anyways.

At the time I was told absolutely, she was also trying to sell me a new machine though. Today I carried in the old Singer and felt like I was attacked, because "this is a janome store". Said if it needs parts you have to come up with them. Isn't that what a repair guy does? Had they told me the previous time, no our service guy doesn't work on Singers or if you need something replaced you have to order it ahead of time, I wouldn't have driven over there(There were singers waiting to be picked up the day I dropped off my other machine). But luckily I found someone certified to work on all machines and very knowledgeable. What a shame. It's a nice store with a good selection of fabrics. Unfortunately, I guess I walked in at the wrong time on a bad day.
