When it comes to billing it is very unprofessionally handled. 3 months in a row COM charged me close to 300 when my two daughters fees were 70 a month. They charge you if you don't go to meets And they charge you a fundraiser fee of 125 dollars, if you do not wish to participate in their fund raisers. They also charge you if you do not volunteer at events. Their swim wear is very over priced and the swim shop carries for the most part only their COM embroidered merchandise, so the selection is very limited. You have to buy their 70 dollar embroidered suits to participate in the meets. When I went to buy the bathing suit so my daughter could participate, they only had her size in the suits that hadn't been sent to be embroidered. It took them 2 months to get the suit embroidered. And when we received the suit it looked like a train wreck. The embroidery place messed up and had to take the stitching out and redo it. I can not believe they gave me this suit in this condition after I wa 2 months and paid $70 dollars for it. (Picture below) Did not get compensated for the money I spent. I finally got sick of being taken advantage of financially and we cancelled the memberships.

My niece and nephew have been coming here for swim lessons (since toddler age) and gymnastics and my brother and parents have been raving since day one. It's clean, spacious, and the staff and coaches truly could not be more friendly and attentive. This party was for a 4 year old with about 13 children in attendance and their parents, plus family. Scottie and Laney were on it-super helpful with any and everything and were great with the kids. Every adult in attendance commented on their friendly professionalism. I don't have children of my own, but if the love my niece and nephew have for this place says anything, it must be great (I mean, the 4 year old wanted her party here)! If you're in search for a place for lessons for your children or a party place for kids, this was a great deal with the upmost friendly staff.

While I was assigned one instructor, (who by the way is awesome), all of the instructors Floris has selected are helpful, knowledgable, patient, approachable and professional. It's not the most amazing place due to the dry climate and flat lands, but for Midland it was a cool find - plus it was all free. Free parking. Free entrance. I could definitely hear the droning tires on the Interstate nearby, but viewing nature was refreshing. A caliche road leads to the parking lot. Look out for mesquite trees that might scratch your vehicle up if you get too close. The biggest drawback had to be that dogs are not allowed. No bicycles allowed either. Just please have your party dispose of their trash properly at the main pedestrian entrance. Closed on Monday.
