After doing some research on a Vynil remover solvent, I searched the internet & found that Hobby Lobby had a few available in stock. I drove here to see if I could buy a few bottles and to my surprise, I found it no where. I looked for someone to help and a lady at fabrics offered. She was super helpful at assisting me find what I was looking for. Unfortunately we didn't find anything related to what I needed in her department so she advised me to ask the front for help. I thanked her and went to the front to find someone that could possibly pull it up in their system. I asked a cashier if they could help and she referred me to another woman walking the front with an iPad. I told her what I was looking for and she didn't have a clue. I mentioned to her that I had the skew number provided from the website and she replied, "that would tell me anything, I can't find it that way". Not totally her fault but if their website states they have plenty in stock it should have an isle number and section to where you can find it. Totally not the case here. Super frustrated with the whole situation so I left. Unfortunately they will not get me business today and it wasn't totally the employees fault but they do need to either find or figure out where their products are. read more

Great store. Had 40% off all fall Christmas decor this week. No price checks were needed and it was clean and tidy.

I needed a frame and mat cut, for a picture I had. The sweetest lady helped us, Miss Shannon. She was so super helpful and very nice. My picture was ready very fast and turned out beautiful! Way better than I expected!! Thank you so much, Miss Shannon! You did an amazing job! read more

Inside: First time I'd ever set foot in a hobby lobby, and I'm absolutely in love. This store was super organized, you could see the ladies stocking shelves all throughout, store was neat and clean. Great customer service, and discounts. I bought wall decor and saved myself 50% that day. Was absolutely impressed with the service, stock, and cleanliness, will definitely return. Outside: Scary looking, not impressive at all, its probably why I'd never stepped inside before, parking lot is a mess and not maintained. Not Hobby Lobbys fault. read more

I went during my lunch hour. I have an hour. I spent maybe 10 min tops gathering what I needed. I go to check out and there are two lanes open. I go to a lane to check out there are two people ahead of me. The 1st person has two basket full of things and the poor cashier had to get a price check for 5 items. The other lane had two items they had to check the price. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. I finally gave up left my stuff and left because I still had to get food and go back to work. Get it together Hobby Lobby! I will shop at the one in midland from now on. read more

Worst Hobby Lobby I have ever been to!!! The outside of store was covered in trash & the parking lot is nasty. Employees are rude!! Wanted to buy a decorative item that was hanging on an end cap with a 50% off sign. Went to check out & was informed that I need to read the signs because it didn't say 50% off, when I questioned, another employee stated that she had placed the end cap & I did not know what I was talking about. I have never been treated so rudely in any other hobby lobby store. Thinking they need to be retrained on how you treat customers. I wanted the decorative art so I paid full price but they still could have handled the situation nicer & more respective!! read more

Extremely rude, lazy, and ignorant employees. Stay away from this store! The registers are outdated and do not include scanners, so all coupons are punched in the computer. The cashiers use this as an opportunity to refuse whatever coupons they want. When I went, there was a sale on paper crafts, which was listed in Michael's paper. There were even sale signs in the paper crafts isle. The cashier, even seeing the blatant sale in the paper after looking at one herself, refused to give the discount. She did not even want to go look at the sale signs in the isle. All she wanted to do was argue and not acknowledge the sale. The cashier was a mexican girl who usually works at the second register. Also, there is one cashier that is notorious for working slow, who's usually at the first register. read more

Although the store is well stocked and neat, the parking lot is full of potholes that are growing in diameter. Over the past several months, I've also noticed a sharp decline in customer service particularly at check out. The torturous parking lot, check out and executive desire to mangage the contraceptive methods of female employees has definitely curtailed my tendency to shop HL. I'd prefer management focus on customer service and property maintenance to circumventing women's access to certain pharmaceutical products.
